You can barbeque on the deck and watch the boats go by as ospreys fish in the little marina just below. Walk or ride bikes along Lake Wa. Blvd. to Seward Park offering its old-growth forest and pretty lakeside loop just one mile away. A short walk takes you to coffee shops and vibrant Columbia City is just 1.4 miles away with a convenient light rail station in the center of town.

A relaxing ferry trip from West Seattle or Fast Ferry from downtown Seattle brings you to your own private walk in cottage, right on the edge of the water. Watch the ferries go by and relax, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood minutes walk from Morgan Junction (restaurants, coffee shops, grocery shopping), Lincoln Park (trails, green spaces galore, and a water front path), and Lowman Beach. The cottage offers peek a boo views of the Sound to enjoy with your morning coffee.
