Charming 1950's cottage, nestled in the suburbs of Grand Rapids. Boasting 3 bedrooms with 3 queen beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and all of the necessities! The full bathroom upstairs has a shower/tub combo and a half bath attached to the main floor bedroom. You can find the washer and dryer in the basement with plenty of ample space. There is a private fenced in backyard and a garage for use as well. The long driveway also provides ample room for parking.

This house was originally a chicken coop! It was built in 1925 but was converted into a gorgeous, cozy guest house. We live in the larger house built on the front of the same lot.
