We appreciated easily being able to easily communicate with Martha about any questions we had. House was well supplied with all we needed to make our stay hassle free. Very good the attention to detail on the little items that often get overlooked. Comfortable and very easy to feel at "home"

Such a private and relaxing location. Our last two nights we even saw the aurora over Gratiot Lake! Make sure if cloudy days are forecasted you conserve power! We had no difficulty utilizing the amenities and when we had questions Rebecca was responsive and helpful! The roads in are sand/gravel so we would recomend using a vehicle with high clearance. We had a wonderful stay here!

We had a beautiful stay on the UP! My fiancé and I are getting married this year and this was the perfect get away before things got crazy! Would definitely recommend for a couple trying to escape the hustle and bustle of their lives! The creek rushing parallel to the cabin was our favorite part! It provided the prefect background music to relax to!

Wonderful place to stay, highly recommended especially if you appreciate stunning views of Lake Superior! The location was fantastic and it has a nice family room that is ideal for chilling after a day of exploring the area. Thank you for sharing your home!

Philip is an awesome host and the cottage was delightful. He puts a lot of attention into the details and it shows! We lacked for nothing and he was responsive to our special requests. I can’t wait to come back with my kids and put some kayaks on the bay during the late summer. Highly recommend!

Ruth's Camping Cabin is exactly as described. It is private, peaceful, and the perfect Keweenaw getaway. We really enjoyed our time here and hope to come back next year.

We had a great stay at the cabin, it is comfortable and goes back to the basics of what’s important. It’s near copper harbor which has what you could need nearby and the cabin was outfitted with everything we needed for a good time. There were a lot of thoughtful touches that went into it! We loved that we could bring our dog and it was comfortable for four people. The guides were helpful and we even saw the Aurora the first night we were there. One night we did run into a bear on grounds but that is a potential hazard and the bear did run the opposite direction. The staff at Fresh Coast are excellent communicators and friendly. We enjoyed the conversation with others and it was just a really welcoming environment to feel included. Thank you so much for the hospitality and great stay!

We had an amazing stay. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome. We enjoyed Friday pizza and bonfire social, the sauna experience and everything in between. The accommodations are adorable. We had everything we needed. We loved the cassette player and all the little touches including welcome snack! We will definitely be back!

We loved this property. We walked on the beach in the mornings and watched the sunrise. After spending the day exploring the area we looked forward to coming home to a very private, peaceful, relaxing and beautiful home. This is one of the nicest places we have stayed. We had a fire in the evenings and listened to the waves roll in and one night we sat by the fire and watched the northern lights. It was amazing. The people that rent this property are very kind, responsive and proactive. They have put a lot of thought into provide everything you could possibly need. We are already talking about coming back. The best thing about it was being right on Lake Superior. Sitting on the deck and just enjoying the view of the lake was wonderful.

The property is well kept. The house was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Blackout shades in the bedrooms were a nice touch. (I am a night shifter) Hot tub and massage chair got plenty of use. Perfect place to unwind and relax while taking in some beautiful views of Lake Superior. 10-20 min drives into Hancock, Houghton or Calumet for dining, groceries, etc. My family of 5 has outgrown hotel rooms and this was our first experience with air bnb. So glad we went with this property. Kari was responsive and helpful. The house was perfect for us and exactly as described. Very pleased with our stay.

Cabin 9 is the perfect private getaway. The cabin is so cozy and inviting, you can relax and watch Lake Superior while forgetting the rest of the world exists. The crew was very helpful with any questions we had and attended to them right away. We will 100% be coming back to this perfect little cabin on the lake. Thank you to everyone on the team for making it a great vacation.

Kate’s place is spectacular with the best view of Lac La Belle. She was very kind and responsive to what we needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the Keweenaw.

Sweet and comfortable Cabin. Very quiet and private. Wonderful path through the woods to hidden lake. A short walk down the rustic driveway to Lake Superior where there was lots of rock climbing and comfy places to sit. The cabin was cozy - had everything we needed. We had a couple of power outages during our stay as there was 35 mile per hour winds outside, it was crazy but fun at the same time. We kept a hot fire going to keep it warm. Leanne was very helpful during this time - it was not her fault as the entire town was out of power. We thought of it as an adventure. The beds were comfortable, in fact the bedroom upstairs was my favorite spot. Everything was great and we enjoyed ourselves.

We absolutely loved staying in cabin 8! Lynn & the team were amazing to work with. So friendly, and even sent some ideas for things to do in the area and places to shop - So much more than I was expecting. The cabin was cute cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay - even some fun little surprises. The location can not be beat. Close to town but far enough away to still feel secluded. Being able to walk out of the door and see lake superior and the sunrises/sunsets was incredible. We took full advantage of the cute little patio area, grill and fire pit. Really could not ask for a better place to stay. Of all the things we did and beautiful places we seen, staying here was without a doubt the highlight of our trip.

I have only absolutely wonderful things to say about our stay here! The location, on the shore of Lake superior, near Mt Bohemia but also near to other attractions was fantastic. The house itself is lovely as is the sauna house. I have never stayed in an airbnb so well appointed. The decor was lovely, nice bedding, games, books, etc. The kitchen was better stocked with pans etc than my own. It was perfect for many lovely family meals. We had an incredible stay! I hope we will come back many times in the future! Thank you!

Great place for MTU graduation weekend. It was nice to be in the lake. The house was exceptionally clean. There was no expectation of Kari’s guests to be housekeepers too. Very easy check in and check out. Hope to stay here again for future events!

Anam Cara Cabin was one of the most relaxing places we have had the good fortune to spend time in. It was a Walden Pond experience. Snowshoeing on the lake in the deep deep snow and skiing at Mt. Bohemia was an experience we will carry in our fond memories. Magical in how quickly we all settled in and relaxed in the beautiful snow covered setting and fairy tale like cabin. A wonderful place to unplug and recharge. We only wish we had time to stay longer and hope to next time. The hosts were very responsive, delightful, accommodating and helpful. We will be back!

Absolutely gorgeous home and suite in a beautiful location on Lake Superior. Nancy was an amazing host, so incredibly welcoming and nothing was overlooked. The suite was beautiful and we felt completely spoiled with all the amenities. Hunting for agates and yooperlites was our favorite pastime during our stay. I highly recommend staying at this gem on the beautiful Keweenaw Peninsula.
