I had visited with my family of 4 including myself. We are extremely satisfied with our stay at the property . The cleanliness is nothing short of "spick and span". Special shoutout to Preeti for her amazing hospitality.

We are a group of 6 friends, all doctors. We usually plan a staycation/small trip every year as a part of tradition since 10 years now. We were looking a place to unwind from our busy schedules, connect and share our year long stories with eachother. Suraj's Seascape gave just the canvas we were looking for. Stay is luxurious, with pool, plenty of games(archery, table tennis, badminton, cricket). I will divide the review under following headings- Overall stay- 4/5( place has a great view, but is on main road to Murud so expect traffic whole day. Not peaceful) so loosing one star. Other than that it's a great property. Food- 4.5/5. Everything was great. fish(pomphret, surmai, prawns, komdi wada thali). We were just licking our fingers after every meal. Bbq was average Staff- 5/5 very helpful, they bring whatever we need from local market in no time. made our stay very comfortable Cleanliness - 5/5 Will recommend this place to whoever wants a staycation.

I had a wonderful stay in unaiza apartment.I came for my mothers treatment in TMH which was close to hospital,and I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the exceptional hosting. The Unaiza was very proactive and helpful throughout my stay, making sure that I had everything I needed. The space was beautifully decorated, clean, and well-maintained. The amenities provided were top-notch, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the apartment.I am looking forward to book again and experience the same level of quality and service.

This place is truly special. The previous reviews don’t do it justice. It’s in the most beautiful location literally right on a pristine, secluded beach. It’s surrounded by nature - trees, flowers, chirping birds. The stars and the moon at night. You can bear the waves crashing from the living room. I didn’t see any neighbors the whole time. It is seriously paradise. The caretaker is wonderful, the host was responsive and helpful. I was able to order food on Zomato delivered in 30 minute. It was easy to get an auto rickshaw to take me into Alibaug town one day. The house itself is simple, not luxurious, but it’s clean and has everything you need.

Absolutely loved the entire experience. From booking the villa to exiting the place the experience has been absolutely great Food was delicious home cooked food served on time Highly recommended for large families and such nice open spaces within and outside the villa. I recently had the pleasure of staying at a spacious villa, and it was an absolute delight. The caretakers were incredibly attentive, providing top-notch service that made our stay truly memorable. The highlight, though, was the chef's culinary skills. Every meal was a delightful experience, with delicious food that exceeded our expectations.Moreover, the villa's cleanliness and hygiene standards were impeccable, adding to the overall comfort and peace of mind during our stay. This place is oustanding piece of art and architecture.. people who appreciate art should consider it for sure and will fall in love with each corner of this place. Everything about this place is well thought through and rich. Host pre empts what queries one could have and provides you an answer well before arrival. An absolutely outstanding stay! We really had a wonderful time.Rajesh was a great Host & responsive.Mothers Pride or Achi Wadi is a very peaceful and serene place.The property is very well maintained with spacious bedrooms with clean linen. The bathrooms also were very clean.The garden area is lovely and the pool was very clean and usable anytime.The lighting outside is amazing and really makes the property look very beautiful at night. Vikrant prepared tasty home made breakfast and meals for us.Harsh the caretaker was very friendly and helpful always available whenever we needed him. We will highly recommend this place to all our family and friends anyone who are looking out for a memorable experience. We will also definitely come back again.

Casa Brij was a great place for our 2 day family getaway. The kids didn't get out of the pool and the house was lovely and comfortable. The food from Usha Samuel which is delivered to the villa was absolutely amazing. You can see the love that has gone into the making of the food and even the playing! The host was helpful and prompt and we had a fun two days.

The house and space is beautiful, well kept and surrounded by huge garden and sea facing as well. My family and pets had a good chill time and loved the space. Awas Beach is walkable and minute away. Over all the place has good and safe vibe. The host was gracious to provide is clear directions prior so was easy to find as well. Def would recommend for all looking for chill and relax place while enjoying the sea view.

I had a wonderful stay! The location was unbeatable—just 200m from the beach, making it super easy to enjoy the ocean anytime. There were plenty of great restaurants nearby, offering a variety of delicious food options. The place itself was very well maintained, and neatly kept, making my stay even more comfortable. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I’d definitely stay here again!

Bungalow is as described in the listing, peaceful and takes you away from the city life. Food was good and at very nominal rates. There is a dam close to the bungalow with a restaurant with amazing views. Overall great for weekend staycation and good value for money.

Under the Tree is the go-to place if you're looking for tranquility and to escape the city hustle. I highly recommend this space to families (pet family members as well) to spend some time together and create joyful memories! Special thank you to the ever gracious Geeta kaki for being an attentive caretaker. Our tummies and souls are very grateful for the delicious meals. We highly recommend the seafood menu- fresh from the sea! Will definitely visit again.

Aai Bungalow was a beautiful place to stay for the few days we celebrated the New Year. It's a large villa surrounded by flora throughout. The caretakers, Sanjay and his wife, were extremely nice, providing us with tasty breakfasts and lunches while also ensuring our privacy. The villa looks much nicer in person than in the images. The surroundings are very peaceful, making it a great place to relax outdoors as well as to party indoors with friends. Although Jitendra wasn't present, he was always ready to address any issues we faced and helped resolve them promptly. In conclusion, I would definitely visit again if given the chance and highly recommend it to others. It's a worthwhile option compared to spending an equal or greater amount on hotel rooms.

For all those looking for a clean, well managed small place to base in central Kihim, this is the place. The host Ashish is Superhost material, and will promptly take care of all your needs with picture perfect hospitality. The bungalow itself has been newly renovated and all the amenities listed are provided well. You can expect ACs in all rooms, and strong wifi all around the house. It's close enough to the main road to be accessible but also far enough to be quiet. the compound is also safe as the host owns all the property adjoining it. There is food on request as well, and is great for the times you want to stay in. If you're happy with a simple cozy place with upto 2 rooms, look no further.
