Howdy! Our beach Vacation Condo is on the North Padre Island, the safest place in Corpus Christi. A king bedroom suite and a bonus Loft with queen bed. Overlooking the marina, pool, and wide canal view. Upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. Two couch beds in the living room so sleep 6 total. Fishing docks and two swimming pools (one outside by the marina and a second heated indoor pool). Bring your water toys, fishing gear, and have fun! Walking distance to many bars, restaurants, and shopping.

Welcome to Janie’s Cozy cottage. This cottage is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. It is a 1 bedroom 1 bath home, just minutes away from Texas A&M Kingsville. It features a bedroom with a queen mattress (for ultimate comfort),a blowup mattress is also included; a cozy living room with a queen size couch , a clean kitchen with a table for dine-in and desk work, and a large private fenced backyard with a firepit and BBQ pit.
