There are also modern conveniences: heating, Wifi, TV with Netflix and fully equipped kitchen. Downstairs there is an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with a vaulted ceiling and the bathroom. Upstairs is a cosy double bedroom. The local village is Ballinspittle, which offers all the basics and a few surprises.

The house is on Stoney Steps. It is a SMALL townhouse located one minute stroll to the the centre of Kinsale. It is very close to all restaurants, bars, pubs and shops. You can park your car and walk to all the amenities the town has to offer. The property is cosy. There is an outdoor space with seating to enjoy your morning coffee or glass of wine in the evenings. The town is close to beaches and the wonderful coastline of the Wild Atlantic Way.
