The apartment was lovely and comfortable. Had everything we needed. The host was wonderful and thoughtful with the personal touches. The location was great and a good driving distance to everything we wanted to do. Would highly recommend and would stay again if we have the chance.

Clair's house was very cozy and spacious. Very nice kitchen/dining space where we spent most of our time, but also a very pleasant living room upstairs. Beds were very confortable and it's a quiet location. Clair was really friendly, helpful and responsive. Very useful to have Clair's store next door too. Whiting bay is a great location. There's quite a few nice walks to be done around it, and it's really not far to drive to Brodick. Our 3 days there went far too quickly! Thanks!

Lovely place to bring our two dogs for an overnight stay and we all felt right at home. Plenty of on street parking near the flat and a very short walk to the promenade. Due to arriving late afternoon we didn’t get to see much more of Troon but we will be back and would recommend Emma’s apartment to anyone visiting the area :)

We had a lovely stay for my gf and I’s 5 year anniversary. Check in was super easy and the apartment was very clean and absolutely beautiful inside. The decor was super cosy and very spacious. Jacquline left us some prosecco and lots of snacks. As well as a stocked espresso machine which was lovely. All the shops are a 5 minute drive away and you can see the seafront from the windows which was so nice. Absolutely 10/10!!

We had a very nice stay and enjoyed the house itself. It was very clean, modern and spacious (there were also UNO cards as a nice little treat :) ). The bedrooms were amazing and very comfortable. The living space was open and the kitchen was full of utensils, ready to use. The bathrooms were in pristine condition and the flat itself was very easy to find. The host was very friendly and gave us a lot of local information. Would 100% recommend!

We had a great stay at William and Gemma's lovely Millport flat. They had thought of everything and included lots of little thoughtful extras. The space was perfect for our family of 4 and we'd definitely come back again. We all especially loved the cosy blankets in the living room!! Thanks Again 😊

This place was ideal. So much space four our group of four that we never felt on top of one another. The entire property was clean, fresh, furnished and decorated pleasantly. The view from the front facing windows is lovely, and it was so peaceful sleeping to the sound of the waves at night. The beds were all really comfy, and not hard like some other places I’ve stayed in before. Will definitely make a point in returning! The Blairmore cafe along the road is great! We went twice, once for lunch and back again for breakfast!

Lovely cosy flat in the heart of the town on a quiet street. We were welcomed in person by David who was helpful in providing recommendations for dinner. Would definitely stay again if we were to find ourselves coming back to Campbeltown.

This place was perfect. We had a wonderful stay, and a great quiet home to come back to each night. Getting to say hello to the animals each day was also a treat! Thank you for a great getaway!

I rented Paul's accommodation for 7 weeks in total and it was lovely, clean and very handy for our tour during their rehearsal period. I shall definitely book again for more rehearsals in Jan/Feb/March 2025. Paul was also very responsive if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this house.

Even better than the pictures! A lovely peaceful cottage with a lovely view and all the amenities needed. A responsive host with thoughtful touches like extra towels and binoculars. That was were amazing for star gazing. We even saw a few shooting stars!

Had the pleasure to stay at this amazing house. Lovely place. Felt like stepping into someones daily life and being able to make use of their house for a day. Felt right at home. Very friendly and responsive host. Clear guide with recommendations what to do and see in the area. The treasure hunt is nicely thought of. Would have loved to visit the hidden waterfall but it was too rainy that day. Nice amenities. Generally peaceful neighborhood, just some youth groups roaming around that feel like are up to no good. Nothing major though. Easy self check in and out. Excellent internet connection. Easy parking on the driveway. Convinent washer and dryer. Car navigation lead us right to this place without any hassle. There's a BP EV fast charger at the entrance of the neighborhood. Didnt work when I tried. Other than that no EV charging facilities in the neighborhood unfortunately, but there are some in the village.

We rented out jennifers house for a girls family get together. The house was amazing with whatever we needed. Most beds were comfortable except one, where the mattress was quite hard. Jennifer was a great host and very responsive. Pubs, restaurants etc were just a short walk away. Great for a chilled time away.

I stayed two nights with my partner and two children for a wedding at a near by hotel. Ryan provided clear directions and the lock box code prior to our arrival. The house was very clean with comfortable beds. I would definitely recommend this property.

Highly recommend the property. Very well presented throughout and had a beautiful private garden with seating area. The house is well equipped with everything that you could need. Within walking distance of the town and only a few minutes walk from a great restaurant

We loved staying in The Wee House. It was perfect - very clean and fresh, cosy, comfortable, warm and what a pretty outlook over the bay! It had everything you need- in fact a home from home. Lovely garden too. We could have happily stayed there for longer. Highly recommend this sweet house to anyone going to Islay. Port Ellen is a great base to explore the island and it also has lovely places to eat out. We had dinner in the SeaSalt Bistro and it was delicious and the staff were great. The sun was shining the whole time we were there-May-so we got to appreciate the picturesque setting at maximum! Thank you Janice for your quick responses to our booking. So glad we managed to get a stay at the Wee House as it is very popular.

We had an amazing stay at Ivygrove, it was the perfect size for the 3 of us. It had everything we needed for our stay, beds were really comfy and had plenty of information and ideas of things to do and see. Cathy was a great host, and was very responsive, from sending the check in details, to answering any questions, to check out. Would definitely recommend staying here, and I will book again when we next visit Dunoon.

What a fabulous place! The apartment has been designed and decorated so well, you can tell a lot of care and thought has gone into it. Catherine and Alan were lovely hosts, little touches like leaving jam, shortbread, etc and being welcomed by them turn a stay into an extra special one. There are lovely woodland walks and gardens right on the doorstep, it’s a beautiful quiet relaxing area. Good place for exploring this lovely part of the world. Can’t recommend this Air BnB highly enough. I wish we had stayed for longer and hope to be back!

We had a great time staying at Rosa Altanna. The property is spacious, very clean, well equipped and extremely well located. The communication from the host was great. We will certainly use this property again and would not hesitate to recommend it.

We had a lovely time at Annes. We were a group of 4 and stayed for around a week. it's incredibly spacious for 4 of us and spotless clean. Also very walkable to plenty of places for dinner on the doorstep and into Balloch park. Would happily recommend and stay again next time we visit! Thank you!

0verall we had a lovely stay in Harbour Sound. Perfect location. Apartment has everything you need and is spotless. Catherine host had left clear instructions for us and communication with Catherine was easy and her responses were quick especially when we had an issue with keyfob. Thankfully all solved . Area lovely and quiet . Free parking . Beds so comfy . Plenty of towels etc..lovely surprise touches for our stay and welcome gifts. I could go on and on..100% happy with our very first airbnb..
