"SUMIRE AOI HOUSE" is a small Japanese house. The basic structure of the house was designed in 1952 by Makoto Masuzawa, a leading architect in Japan. And the house was redesigned by Makoto Koizumi in 1999. I had lived 20 years with my family. The sense of space by the south-facing large windows and the stairwell, it will make you attracted. The area has some parks and fields, and it's leisurely. I can introduce nearby shops. Please spend your time like traveling daily life.

Walking down the alley, you will find a quiet, car-free atmosphere and a traditional wooden townhouse. The Cube in the forest is a uniquely cozy space that gives a floating sensation amidst abundant natural light and lush greenery. It was built in 1993 by a coelacanth, resembling a thrilling spaceship-like structure, and we inherited it from the previous owner. We have opened it as a vacation rental with the desire for our friends to enjoy the relaxed and cool ambiance, which is both impressive and effortlessly stylish.

街中にありながら、緑と、土と、鳥のさえずりと。歴史を感じる風情があります。建物は屋久杉や、秋田杉などを、使っております。家屋の中に蔵という、内蔵は、この辺りでもとても、珍しいもので、一見の価値があります。石造りのその蔵の中にいると、なんともいえない気分になること間違いなし！ 生活用品は 冷蔵庫、レンジ、ガス台、ドラム式洗濯乾燥機などなど。何日泊まっても、大丈夫。 サウナもあります。サウナのあとは少し激しすぎるシャワーに打たれ、整えて下さい。足利の観光地といわれるところまで、1キロ以内。歩いて散策するのもよし。電動自転車もありますので、サイクリングで行くのも良し！ この家にいることが幸せと思ってもらえるように、くつろげる空間をつくって、お待ちしています。

建築後30年の純和風の平屋戸建て住宅です｡ 広々とした独立キッチンで､鍋や電子レンジ、オーブン、食器類も自由に使って､お料理をお楽しみいただき、ゆっくりとおくつろぎください。 夜は畳のお部屋に和蒲団で枕を並べてぐっすりお休み下さい｡ 駐車スペースもワゴン車2台までは乗り入れ可能です。 尚、この度（2018年6月15日）の民泊新法（住宅宿泊事業法）の施行により行政機関よりゲストの皆様方の名簿への記入、及び国内に住所を有しない外国人の方にはパスポートの提示を義務付けられております。そのため、ご宿泊の際に宿泊者名簿へのご記入とパスポートのご提示及びコピーの許可をお願いしております。何卒ご了承くださいませ。
