Hem viscuts uns dies molt macos en aquest allotjament de Republicà Dominicana. Amb l'amfitrió, Frederick, hem tingut una comunicació fluida i rapida, es va interessar per la nostra arribada i estada. La casa ha sigut exactament com es mostra a les fotos: espaiosa, neta i molt còmoda. La piscina estava impecable i era perfecta per relaxar-se. Hem gaudit molt de l'entorn de la casa, les vistes i les passejades al costat del mar ens han agradat molt. La casa està situada en una zona molt tranquil·la i poc visitada, era el que nosaltres volíem. Sols comentar que no es còmode banyar-se a les platges de l'entorn, dons les onades son molt fortes i el mar es molt intentes, qui vulgui platges de bany i ambient de festa, te Cabarete molt aprop. Molt recomanable, guardarem molt bon record dels dies viscuts a Colonial Beach House.

We had an amazing stay! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The owner went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience, offering helpful tips and quick communication whenever we had questions. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely love to come back!

I feel lucky to have stayed in such a beautiful home in such a peacful and private area. I would definetly recommend this place its clean an well upkept with a very friendly host. Also its close to alot of beachs and resteraunts. One last thing the view from the roof was absolutely stunning

First time in the Puerto Plata area. and i must say. I WILL STAY HERE EVERY SINGLE TIME. TOP TIER, UNMATCHED. Ricardo exceeded my expectations. The CHER was so patient and so amazing! Nadesh our cleaner was also very on point. Minor communication barrier but we made it work! ONE OF MY FAV PLACES SO FAR.

It was the first time my family visited me in the DR, and we absolutely loved the place! Place is very cozy, nicely furnished, beds were comfortable, peaceful, pool was nice, bathrooms were clean, enough towels for everyone (extra towels for pool area too), nice kitchenware and kitchen area, washing machine and drier availabe (although we did not use it), and the beach was accessible too. The host was very friendly and informative too. In summary, I recommend this place 100% and would gladly return!

Desde que llegamos a la villa, supimos que estábamos en un lugar especial. Cada rincón de la casa está lleno de historia, arte y detalles que la hacen única. Es mucho más que un lugar para quedarse: es un espacio que se siente vivo, con alma. Los empleados fueron simplemente excepcionales: atentos, amables, siempre disponibles y dispuestos a hacernos sentir como en casa. La hospitalidad fue de otro nivel, y se notaba el amor y el cuidado con el que se gestiona todo. Explorar cada habitación fue como recorrer una galería privada; cada pieza, cada objeto, tiene una historia que contar. La atmósfera de la villa es acogedora, elegante y profundamente inspiradora. Definitivamente, este no es solo un lugar donde alojarse, es un lugar que se lleva en el corazón. ¡Volveremos sin duda!

This Airbnb was everything we hoped for and more! Perfectly located in Sosua, it’s close to everything ;the airport, supermarket, nightclubs, lounges, casino, and of course, the beach! Whether you’re looking to relax or enjoy the nightlife, this place is in the heart of it all. Emilio, our driver, was hands-down the best in the world — friendly, reliable, and always there when we needed him. Huge shoutout to our amazing hosts Edwin and Raquel who truly went above and beyond to make our trip special. They coordinated everything for us — airport pick-up/drop-off, 24/7 driver service, a private boat rental, ATV adventure, nightclub VIP table, and even in-home massages.And let me tell you about Chef Kevin — wow! Every meal was a treat. He cooked a variety of authentic Latin dishes that had everyone going back for seconds (and thirds). The food was a major highlight and added such a personal, homey touch to the experience.We felt taken care of from start to finish. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Unforgettable!

We were a group of seven staying from April 14 to April 17 and we had an amazing stay. The house is beautifully decorated and well maintained. We were able to enjoy a few days of sunny weather (beach/tour) and we were actually glad it rained one day because it allowed us more time in the house. We cooked, watched movies on their big screen tv and outdoor projector and enjoyed the pool. Everything was as described and the layout of the rooms worked well for our group of seven. Since the property is within the resort, it was an easy walk to the beach area. Mario was very attentive, especially when we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the grill. We would definitely rent this house again.

Our stay at Frailyn’s beautiful home was nothing short of amazing! Frailyn went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and wanted, making our experience truly unforgettable. A huge thank you to the incredible chef his food was absolutely delicious and one of a kind! Also, a special shoutout to our driver, Felix, who was always ready and willing to take us wherever we needed to go. I will definitely be returning and bringing more people to experience this luxury home and top-tier service. Thank you again for hosting us!

Franchesca's place is exactly like the pictures, if not better. We loved the location and the pool area is perfect, with outdoor shower and grill. Franchesca is responsive and very helpful. I really enjoyed her place.

This was a perfect trip. David's place was great for me and my family .. We had plenty of space and everything was clean and big and open . We also came with two little kids so if you are staying with kids and adults or just adults it works out great ! Beds are nice and comfy and the decor is great . Felt luxurious on the beach . Location is the most perfect .. can't get better ! David is fantastic and helped with ALOT !! Yalla is also an excellent restaurant!! We will be back again very soon !

Todo muy organizado, Pedro fue nuestra salvación con el transporte, el lugar estaba muy lindo aunque la piscina estaba un poco subida de cloro, volvería a ir con mi familia ❤️

Giorgia is a wonderful host! She's very pleasant to speak with and very informative . She's very mindful and considerate of guest needs. Anything I addressed or asked for (which wasn't much) was provided when asked in a prompt manner. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at her villa again. Thanks again Giorgia for your hospitality!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Sosúa with my friends. The place was spotless, and the surroundings were absolutely beautiful—lush greenery and tropical vibes all around. The private pool was incredible. The accommodations were super comfortable, and I felt right at home. The staff went above and beyond—they were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything I needed. Truly accommodating! One of the highlights of the stay was definitely the Santa Fe complex. It's a full-on recreational paradise—so much fun with plenty to do, whether you're looking to unwind or stay active. I can’t recommend this place enough and would love to come back again! 10/10 highly recommend!

Daisy and her brother were very helpful. Communication was easy. Cute place to stay in SOV. This was our third time in Sosua and Cabarete and as always it was great.

The place was actually better than the pictures, it was quiet and private. Everything we needed was there and if I needed something or had a concern the host was available immediately. This was my 3rd time visiting and I had certain dislikes about the other places I stayed at but none here. My next visit will definitely be here if available (I hope it’s not occupied) but definitely highly recommended.. great choice and I’m happy I chose this house.
