The home is located in historic Hayes Barton, close to downtown Raleigh and Glenwood South district. Hayes Barton is a safe, shady historic neighborhood with cafes, restaurants and breweries within walking distance. Note: this house is not handicap accessible however there is a ramp with a small step up. 2 tub showers; No walk in shower.
