It contains a king bed, chair & work desk; kitchen with fridge, sink, hob and microwave and all necessary crockery and utensils etc; wardrobe, drawers; bathroom with good size shower; wifi TV and USB sockets; its own central heating and hot water systems and modern decor. Towels, tea-towels, soap, washing up liquid and bed linen provided along with some basic food items such as salt/pepper, teabags, coffee, sugar, squash, etc

Overlooking the Chilterns, dating back to 1740 Marquis House was originally a pub. The Barn is where the beer was kept, but now it offers sumptuous accommodation for you to relax. Independent access and self contained for your privacy. The Barn has everything you need including a log burner and 50" TV in the lounge, a hand made King Size bed and an extensive kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine (open the stable door to take in the view). The apartment occupies part of the ground floor of my house, it has its own door. It is large, beautifully finished and well equipped. There are many restaurants, pubs and sports facilities within a few minutes walk. I am on hand to help if you need it. Loughton village is close to the city centre yet has lots of old world charm with two pubs that were posting houses on the Watling Street and a variety of places to eat in walking distance.
