The bedroom, living room and kitchen all have ocean views that look out over historic Mill Bay. There is a private deck where you can sit and regularly observe Bald Eagles, Sea Otters, and more. We are just 3 miles from the city center, 1 mile from Safeway and Wal-Mart, and 1/2 mile from beautiful Fort Abercrombie State Historic Park.

Suite View is a fully furnished private apartment close to downtown with 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom with a queen size in the bedroom and an electric reclining couch in the living room. Our studio style cabana in The Flats has all you need for your time in Kodiak. The 10 minute drive south from the airport is packed with ocean and mountain vistas, and our wooded lot is only steps from Russian Creek. The Cabana has its own parking area and entrance to the property, and shares our private, fenced, one-acre space with our family home and two big, furry, friendly dogs. With downtown Kodiak being just 15 minutes north, our cabana is a perfect base regardless of your adventure!

Located on Spruce Cape Rd., this second floor apt is unattached from the main house and sits on a little more than an acre of land in a family-friendly neighborhood. It has views of the ocean in the front and a small forest of spruce in the back.
