Om aftenen kan I lave pizza i den brændefyrede stenovn og nyde gårdspladsen med et glas af vores håndbryggede fadøl. Welcome to our cozy guest house with the beach less than 400 m away, close to forest, train station and a city center offering several stores and restaurants. It has its own separate entrance, dedicated outdoor area, separate bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. It can fit up to six guests, with a queen sized bed, two single beds and a sleeping couch available. Towels and bed sheets are included. There is free parking at the street and we offer charging of your electric car at an extra cost.

Denne unikke bolig har panorama udsigt over Køge Bugt med udsigt til København. Der er egen stor strandgrund og fin badebro. Egen opvarmet pool, som er overdækket, men som også kan åbnes. To gode badeværelser, det ene ved poolen. Lokalerne som udlejes i underetagen er på i alt 125 m2 og består af stort køkken/alrum/opholdsstue to soveværelser, skabsgang og stort badeværelse. Desuden er der terrasse både oppe og nede, og fri parkering kan ske såvel oppe som nede i forhold til ejendommen.

"Havhuset" er et nyopført træhus med fantastisk beliggenhed, kun få meter fra havet og en rigtig god sandstrand. Huset er hyggeligt og simpelt indrettet og har et skønt lysindfald. Den ligger på en naturgrund med direkte udgang til haven fra alle værelser. Udenfor har du fri adgang til en kæmpe terrasse med gasgrill, bord og stole, samt have. Havhuset er et fantastisk udgangspunkt, hvad enten du vil holde badeferie lige ved havet eller vil udforske Sydsjælland.

Cozy Studio in Copenhagen close to the Lakes

The studio used to be a barber shop so it is ground floor, very close to the city centre (2 km) and very close to a very good bakery, train to airport, bus to Cruise Terminals nearby (Østerport Station) and there are lots of nice restaurants and cafes in the area. Furthermore, there are many green areas around and possibility to cycle along the canals and to the city centre.
