Renta de apartoteles vacacionales en Kolonaki, Atenas

Η επικοινωνία με τους οικοδεσπότες ήταν άψογη. Άμεση απάντηση και πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν. Το δε δωμάτιο πιο κέντρο δεν μπορούσε να ήταν και αυτό βοηθάει πολύ στις μετακινήσεις κλπ. Πολύ καθαρό και με καθημερινή υπηρεσία καθαρισμού. Σίγουρα το προτείνω!

Amazing host! Any time I visit Athens for a business trip easily my first choice, hopefully when there is availability!

Tassos communicated well from day 1. There was a little hiccup at the cruise port pickup with our name but was quickly corrected. Urban Tales was awesome! Smelled good at entry! Apartment was just as described if not better. It was clean and very colorful/charming. I loved the spiral stairs and floor to ceiling windows. Hubby & I quickly explored and found MANY restaurants & bars just steps outside of our door. The nightlife here was everything and just what we wanted. We did not need the supplied earplugs as it was not overly noisy for us. If you Do Not want the nightlife scene, this location is not for you. We loved being in the center of it all. Monastiraki & Plaka were a few mins walk with access to downtown and rooftop bars. Oh My! You will not be disappointed. The easy keyless entry to the main and apt doors were a plus; Air-condition was nice; Water pressure great; Supplied body wash smelled amazing; comfortable bed. If you have Tassos’s place in your faves, just book it!!!!

Το διαμέρισμα είναι εξαιρετικό, παρέχει τα πάντα, πεντακάθαρες τουαλέτες και μπάνια, κλινοσκεπάσματα και πετσέτες, καφετιέρα, wi-fi, roof garden με εξαιρετική θέα στον Παρθενώνα και σε όλη την Αθήνα. Θα το προτιμήσω ξανά με την πρώτη ευκαιρία.

Fantastic place. Everyone was responsive and helpful. Rooms are gorgeous. Beautiful and thoughtful interior design. Area is very walkable and convenient. Truly enjoyed the stay, looking forward to staying again. Thank you 😊

I enjoyed very much staying at the apartment and the neighborhood! The location is perfect, i could walk to the main monuments and museums easily without taking taxi, there are plenty of quality bars and street food restaurants in the neighborhood. it is safe and cultural area. the apartment is clean and comfortable just as pictures indicate. daily cleaning is included as well. i would definitely recommend this place!

We loved our stay at Constantina's place and would definitely return when back in Athens. The location was convenient to many great restaurants and things to do and see in the city. The only negative that other reviewers have already mentioned is the late night noise. We stayed over a weekend and we were woken up in the middle of the night by noise from the street below. It is a pedestrian street, but there are many bars nearby and I guess patrons tend to spill over into the surrounding streets at closing. Overall, it was a great stay!
