Lovely home! I was expecting just a room in a house like the description but the space has its own entryway, bathroom, and dining area so it feels like a separate studio apartment. It was beautiful and clean. Would recommend to those wanting to stay close to Volcano National Park!

We have stayed on the property many times, and the description and location of this unit is really ideal.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Jasmine has been very helpful in recommending great places to visit (hidden gems of viewing sunset with waves splashing on volcanic rocks) and providing delicious breakfast - all local-sourced food and fruits. We are grateful for being a guest here.

Megan is so sweet and warm. She really makes you feel at home as well as her husband. It really felt like we were staying with family. The space is conveniently located to many areas. He house is cute and safe. She was always very attentive and quick to reply on Airbnb. And that’s very much appreciated. I would recommend family and friends to stay with Megan.

Kurt and Kana were wonderful hosts! The breakfast was amazing and Kurt had an “after breakfast chat” where he sat down and chatted about everything and anything. We felt right at home and he and Kana were very welcoming. He had great restaurant recommendations and other good local tips. Highly recommended! Thanks again for making our stay so relaxing!

What a wonderful place just minutes from the main highway. It was 15 minutes from the national park Hōnaunau. Celeste’s home is very quiet, clean and with beautiful views of the ocean. She has alkaline water which tastes amazing. Awaken to the lovely sounds of the neighborhood roosters and chickens. Celeste is a very kind and thoughtful hostess.

This was my first trip to Hawaii. Can't believe it's taken me so long to get here. I wanted to find somewhere to stay that was chilled and in a good location. Lauren's place ticked these boxes and much more. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, had a great shower, and wifi was great (unfortunately I had to do a bit of work here and there). In addition, Lauren has done a great job with her front and back garden - she has some amazing plants and trees to check out. She has also created a nice place to chill outside for the guests. In fact, I did most of my work sat outside at a table with an umbrella and a stool.... whilst having an ocean view.... If you want suggestions of places to go or places to eat, Lauren has great local knowledge and some really nice recommendations. She is very friendly, accommodating and super helpful. Would definitely visit again.

If you want a quiet place to stay this is a good choice! Away from the crowds but easily accessible to attractions. The property is stunning with beautiful flowers and birds and incredible views.

Caryl was very nice and helpful. Plenty of suggestions for places to visit, beaches to go to and places to eat. We had a wonderful stay.

Large enough for group stays of 4 people. Great restaurant right next door. Nice kitchen and bathroom. Very comfy!!

Her place was wonderful! She was really kindness, friendly. I much appreciate her offer to outdoor activity, also would like to recommend. You can enjoy your space :)

Maxx was very accommodating to us as there was hiccup in renting out the Escape to Mauna Loa Village and gave us another space to spend the rest of our trip. It was very clean, easily accessible, and a perfect location for exploring Kona. I would definitely love to book with Maxx again in the future!

Bei Mega und Ihrer Familie wird man herzlich aufgenommen & verbringt eine tolle Zeit. Ihr Frühstück ist unglaublich lecker!!! Sie kochen mit frischen & gesunden Lebensmitteln. Strandtücher, Stühle, Sonnenschirm, Surfboards, Boogieboards, Fahrräder, usw darf alles kostenfrei benützt werden. Wir konnten auch all unsere Wäsche waschen & Trocknen. Das Shampoo, Conditioner und Duschgel welches sie zur Verfügung stellt ist sehr hochwertig & duftet hervorragend. Wir haben die Zeit bei Ihnen sehr genossen. Vielen Dank nochmals!!

This was a wonderful place to stay! Kurt and Kana were such gracious hosts. We loved the yummy breakfasts, comfortable bed, and beautiful sunset views. We’d love to come back for a visit someday.

We (myself and my husband) had an enjoyable stay here. Splendid and admirable service. Resort-style stay at an affordable price and total privacy (no resort sort of crowd). Marvelous view, customized breakfast (I'm vegetarian, Indian). Clem is a sweetheart. He made Indian veg-pulav for us which was top-notch. His pancakes are the best ones we have had so far. He also made early breakfast at 5 am for us since we had a flight to catch. They have an outdoor kitchen with a stove, grill BBQ, micro-oven, crockeries (which they will wash after use - love it. Probably my first trip without washing dishes ), and necessary spices. They have a clean pool (the water was so good), perfect jacuzzi. I had a sound sleep throughout my stay here. The king-size bed had a heater with independent control for both sides (OMG !!! heaven-sent). The room had a coffee maker, kettle, fridge, and more than enough cabinets for clothes, and more. The washer and dryer were very handy. And they have surplus bath towels, hand towels, beach towels, snorkeling goggles and flippers, floatation boards, noodles, swim belts, beach chairs, ice cooler boxes, and MORE. The location is perfect with a calm residence hilltop view, nearby cafes (must try), coffee tasting at Greenwell, nurseries, and beaches. On top of it, we got lucky by spending July 4th here with a relaxed private viewing of fireworks. Special thanks for replacing all towels, door mates and providing room service daily. I would rank no:1 (I have OCD for cleanliness and organizing). For me, it's my fantasy came true !!! I Will definitely stay here again (goes without saying).

We feel truly grateful to have had the chance to step into Ryan’s world. His way of living is so natural and deeply human, and he himself is full of kindness and love. We were also lucky to experience something very special—bringing new life to the plants together with Ryan and his crew. As we were staying in a shared house with a small child, I’m worried about possibly causing disturbance or being a burden, but the housemates were wonderful, and we ended up having a really lovely time. Hands down, the best actual BnB experience I've ever had! This plantation-style home is absolutely a dream. I stayed in the quaint Garden room and woke up to a beautiful morning cacophony of birdsong. The grounds are stunning and full of lush greenery and animals with views of the ocean and sloping volcano in the distance. Michael is a gem of a host - the homemade bread and jams and gloriously fresh fruits for breakfast was everything I could have hoped for and more. I wish had booked a longer stay but I've been raving about this home and will definitely be back!
