Warm holiday home in small quiet village Kostrena. Kostrena is famous of its history of capitans and sailors. Therefor, our house was home to many generations of seaman through 300 years of its existence but is fully renovated. Fully equiped kitchen, living room with sofa that can be converted into bed for 2 persons (135×200cm), diningroom. On the second floor there is 1 full bathroom and 2 bedroms. One bedroom with bed for one person (90×200cm) and other with bed for 2 persons (160×200cm).

Narejena je iz pretežno naravnih materialov. Pritličje hišice je skupaj s kopalnico dostopno in prilagojeno za invalide. Ideal for young people who do not want to spend a lot of money for accomodation an are not too demanding. Due to thick stone walls, the studio is always fresh. You will enjoy the view from the garden situated next to the house, 20 meters from the studio. Door windows, not classical windows, might be an issue for some people, if so, book another property of mine.
