Stayed here for 2 days and loved it. The property is clean and well maintained, centrally located from most places you would want to visit and Sahil was always reachable if we needed help with anything. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve stayed here twice now and both times have been absolutely wonderful. The space is clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host is incredibly responsive and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. The location is convenient, quiet, and felt very safe. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!

Its kinda a like a hotel, but 1BH rooms. The room was spacious. There was no AC, but fan was enough as weather wasn't that hot. The pool is big and clean. However the chlorine content was too high and was causing eye irritation. Some items in the toilet was broken, still manageable.

Good place near to city

Ideally placed, calm location. Very friendly staff, had a good time. The host has been really helpful and responsive throughout.

Fantastic location and clean rooms. The swimming pool was well maintained with constant cleaning and filteration. The location is what makes this place fantastic, Only point being, the kitchen wasn't clean enough, but it didn't matter as we never had any intention to cook or make anything. Looking forward to visit again.

I spent an evening at this wonderful apartment with a bunch of my friends. Well maintained apartment with aesthetic and tasteful interiors. Good privacy and view from the top! Would highly recommend (5/5) 😀 Just make sure to communicate your check-in time well in advance because the owner lives a bit far away.

The stay was wonderful, no words can describe the love shown by the Jilshoy's family they were so sweet. They took care of us like their own family. They were so flexible to our adjustments. There were two big rooms and a hall, kitchen with two bathrooms. The place is well situated just besides of Kozhikode-kannur Highway and the banks of the River(where we can take a relaxing morning walks) and beaches are near by. Will be experiencing the authentic peaceful Kerala house stay. I can confidently say this is one of the top stays with affordable price in Kozhikode. Jilshoy's family cooks yummy authentic home made healthy Kerala food. Their payasam and fish curries are must try. Overall the experience is so great that next time whenever I visit Kozhikode, Ocen Pearl - Jilshoy's Is the go to place for me to stay. Very Good Place Located Opp. To Vythri Govt School, Though the Place is located in the Tea Estate, Shops and Market is Just a Kilometre away! Host Aysha and Adam are very helpful. We did Hassle free Check in and Check out.

We were greeted by the host's representative on arrival. The place was clean and tidy. We were able to prepare break fast every morning. All utensils were provided. There is a mini mart on the ground floor where all groceries, vegetables and milk is available. Also there is a Cafe on the same floor. Hilite mall is located in walking distance from the apartment. The only drawback worth mentioning is the noise pollution from the road works. Thanks to Ravab for hosting us.

The apartment is a true gem! Feels like home away from home. Came with my family and had a wonderful stay waking up to stunning mountain views. The kids enjoyed playing the games and in the pool. The property is clean and well maintained. Convenient self checkin and ample parking space. The property is really safe and hence would recommend for families. The host Sabeesh was also very helpful throughout our stay. Near to many tourist spots. Overall amazing!
