angenehme, freundliche und hilfreiche Kommunikation zum voraus und während unserer Anwesenheit. Herzlicher Empfang. Das Haus hat niedere Räume, da schon älter. Daher drinnen auch etwas dunkel. Aber alles ist stilvoll, zweckdienlich und freundlich einerichtet und bei trockenem Wetter ist es wunderbar, draussen im Garten zu sitzen und sein. Teils auch fmdeckter Sitzplatz. Am Abreisetag durften wir, da keine Nachmiete, grosszügigerweise über 11h hinaus bleiben, was uns sehr entgegenkam. Ruhig im und ums Haus. Sehr idyllisch mit dem schönen Garten. In 2 Minuten zu Fuss am See. Seraina ist eine herzhafte Gastgeberin - hilfsbereit, grosszügig, respektvoll und unkompliziert. Schön, dass es solche Menschen und Orte gibt! Hat uns sehr gefallen.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit im Dachstudio von Sara und Marco! Alles ist durchdacht und die Nähe zum Wasser ist toll! Wir durften die Sauna mitbenutzen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das gesamte Grundstück ist ein kleines Paradies. Marco und Sara sind tolle und sympathische Hosts. Die Check- In und Out Zeiten waren flexibel. Wir würden die Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen!

Wir hatten in der Wohnung einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Sie ist zwar klein, hat aber alles was man braucht.

Troisième séjour chez Andreas et nous confirmons ce que nous avons déjà écrit: lieu idéal par beau temps et pour les adeptes de la nature et de la vie simple. Le point fort du lieu est l’accès au lac et au jardin. L’appartement en lui même reste rustique en équipement , notamment avec le strict minimum dans la cuisine . Andreas est toujours réactif en communication et généreux à partager ses fruits et légumes.

Wir waren mit einer größeren Gruppe von 8 Leuten zum übernachten bei Markus in der Unterkunft. Als wir in die Wohnung zum ersten mal betreten haben waren wir wirklich begeistert! 😍 Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz, ist modern und simpel eingerichtet und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Für unseren Roadtrip war es eine perfekte Unterkunft auf dem Weg. Markus konnte uns alle offenen Fragen direkt beantworten, die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir können die Unterkunft und Markus als Gastgeber jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen, vielen Dank für die Unterkunft.

Ich verbrachte im April 2025 zwei Wochen in der schönen Kloster-Klause, um an einem Projekt zu schreiben. Es war der perfekte Ort dafür: eine schön ruhige, aber trotzdem zentrale Lage, die auch als toller Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge dient. In der Kloster-Klause fühlte ich mich schnell zu hause und genoss insbesondere auch den Aussen-Bereich vor dem Klostergarten. Die Kommunikation mit Stephanie war einfach und einwandfrei!

Ein nettes kleines Studio mit solider Grundausstattung. Parkplatz direkt vor der Türe. Für meinen Aufenthalt von knapp einem Monat völlig ausreichend. Moderne Küche mit Backofen und grossen Kühlschrank ist vorhanden. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung, ein paar mehr Utensilien (z.B. Schere, Sieb) würden nicht schaden. Viel Stauraum in den Schränken und genügend Platz im Bett. Leider war es im Raum etwas dunkel, was daran liegt, dass lediglich ein Fenster vorhanden ist und das Deckenlicht nicht überall hinreicht. Zudem ist die Isolation gegen aussen und zu den Nachbarn nicht die beste. Geräusche und Wärme bzw. Kälte werden nicht gut abgehalten. Das sind die einzigen zwei Negativpunkte. Insgesamt allerdings ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, welchen ich weiterempfehlen kann

Irène est très accueillante a l'écoute de ses hôtes, nous a proposé de visiter plusieurs endroits tout près. Le logement est situé très au calme surplombant le Rhin vraiment agréable. un petit coin de sérénité. Nous le recommandons fortement.

I had a great stay at this apartment! The host was very friendly, helpful, and respectful throughout my visit. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of appliances, which was a nice bonus. Would definitely recommend!

My stay was awesome and would say best of all the stay from my Europe trip. My family enjoyed staying here and would love to come back in the future. Great work Bernard and Rose. We had a wonderful time!

Grosses Wohnzimmer. Sehr einfache Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern. Bei anliegen sofort zur Stelle und sehr hilfsbereit. Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht. Genügend Parkplätze & Zimmer getrenntes WC und Dusche. Vielen Dank

Der Aufenthalt bei Marie und Jürg war sehr entspannt. Marie hat uns willkommen geheissen und auch zwischenrein per Messenger nachgefragt, ob alles so in Ordnung ist. Im Kühlschrank fanden wir immer feinen Käse, Bündnerfleisch, Kräuter, Joghurt, Butter, Marmelade, Milch und Saft zum Frühstück vor. Hinzu kam Kaffee (Maschine mit Pads), frisches Brot, Müsli und Honig. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen mit einem Parkplatz vor der Türe, sehr sauber, gepflegt, und praktisch eingerichtet. Sehr schön ist die Fernsicht, die man im Wintergarten vom Esstisch aus geniessen kann, eine ganze Fensterfront lang. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen :)

Anne is a nice person with a gorgeous cat! I enjoyed spending time with both of them and I also had an interesting Functional Integration session with Anne. It is true that this place is away from the hustle and bustle of city life. It is very quiet here, the local town is a bit limited but it is only one train stop to Shauffhausen which is a lovely town and has lots of eating and sightseeing options. The highlight of the area is the famous Rhein Falls which are only a short walk from the house and are beautiful. You can even go swimming in the Rhein nearby (which I loved thanks to the recommendation by Anne). Also, the world's first self-driving bus trial is happening in the local town so that's an interesting and very unique thing to experience while you are here. Overall this was a very pleasant stay. Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben. Arnold war vor Ort und hat uns alles erklärt. Die Gemeinschaftsküche war sehr gut eingerichtet. Und alles war beschriftet. Danke für die Übernachtung.

If you’re not staying at this place, then you’re missing out, by a lot. Very close to the Rheinfall, situated right next to Rhine river, minutes away from the beautiful Schaffhausen, there’s so much to love about this place! I went there for a short trip with my 70 year old mother and she said she couldn’t be happier to be there! We wished we could stay longer! Will definitely come back just to relax and soak in the view and environment. Also if you’re a cat lover and missing your cats at home, fret not, the friendly house cat Mio is there to cure your longing for your cats at home. I have never seen a cat as friendly as Mio before and we miss him already. Hehe Also the house is fully equipped as advertised. Only missing an over or a microwave but if you don’t use them, it should not be a problem at all.

Stein am Rhein is a beautiful tiny town from a fairy tale, surrounded by vineyards. Alen ‘s place is located very close to the town centre and is very clean and comfortable. When we. needed help with the sofa, Alen was there to assist us in less than a minute. A bottle of Prosecco we received as a welcome gift was greatly appreciated. We highly recommend Alen’s apartment without any reserv,ations.

A very cosy place in a cosy village just outside Zurich - ideal to explore both the city and the marvels of the mountains. Railway station is just around the corner, as is the lake with a marvelous view. The house has absolutely everything a family might need. The garden is so nice to sit out and enjoy the view to the lake.

I am very satisfied with my experience here! I rented the apartment for my parents who were visiting for a long stay. My mother uses a walker and so she needs plenty of space to move from room to room. Ray's place was excellent for their needs! The layout of the apartment worked very well for them. The amenities were new and high-quality and the clothing washer was a plus. Ray was also very responsive and helpful. He helped them find some cookware and assisted with a problem they had with train tickets. My parents have come to Zurich several times and this is the highest quality home in terms of layout and amenities that they have experienced. Ray was also very responsive and helpful.
