ABSOLUTE LAKEFRONT! Lakefront Cottage is situated just 10 steps from Lake Rotorua with breath-taking views around the caldera, across to Mokoia Island and over to Mount Tarawera. The location is very quiet, but it is only a short walk (15-20 mins) or taxi ride to the bustle of the CBD. The property is a tastefully renovated 3-Bedroom (optional 4th Bedroom) cottage with a range of amenities to ensure your comfort and enjoyment. There is ample parking for at least four vehicles.

Thoughtfully equipped appliances - kettle, toaster & microwave for your convenience. However no full kitchen cooking facilities.

Experience all that Rotorua has to offer from this centrally located, self contained unit next to Central Mall, Countdown and The Warehouse. A five minute walk to a range of restaurants, bars and the city centre; and a ten minute walk to Eat Street and the lake front. The world renowned Redwoods and mountain biking are an easy ride away, while the gondolas, luge and the many beautiful tourist attractions and pristine lakes are just a short drive by car.

Located approximately 200 meters from the Rotorua Trade Central shopping complex and a short 5 minute walk to Rotorua Central Mall where you will find many of your favourtie stores and amenities. Our spacious four bedroom house has an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area with indoor/outdoor flow. Bi-fold doors open out onto a patio and an eight-man spa pool.

Our newly built cabin is perfectly located for adventurers wanting to explore the redwood forest and lakes or is a peaceful space for those looking to relax and unwind. Enjoy a soak in the outdoor cedar bathtub while overlooking Rotorua. A 5 minute pedal will have you in the forest, connecting to the forest loop. Local cafes and pubs are only a couple minutes drive down the hill with the CBD a 10 minute drive.

A brand new home to relax and enjoy what Rotorua has to offer. The perfect base situated in a quiet residential suburb. This house is spacious and inviting with its open plan kitchen, dinning, & living that opens up to a sunny deck area. With all the usual facilities including a full laundry, Ducted heat pump & electric vehicle charger. Please note this isn’t a party house and our quiet hours are 10pm-7am.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse. Nestled up a right-of-way with 2 other small townhouses. About 15 min walk to the city centre as well as only a 20 min pedal to some of the best mountain biking in the world in the Redwood Forest. Catering for cyclists with a locked bike shed and a bicycle washing rack. Sunny afternoon deck to relax and unwind.
