What truly made this experience exceptional was the host. Rutuja was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to help us with any questions we had. Communication was prompt and friendly, making us feel very well taken care of. All the listed amenities were provided and in excellent working order. Ajay has some beautiful properties in Lonavala and we were fortunate enough to be hosted at the Gulmohar villas. The villa is in the heart of the city with easy access to shops. Anil welcomed us personally and the house help is the prime example of hospitality. Ganesh is always just a call away and the maid cooks delicious meals, you just have to ask nicely :) they can also help you with ordering cabs and day tours around the valley. Will definitely recommend this place if you are coming alone or bringing some company.

Our goal for this trip was to live amidst nature and just take a break. And the Ravenclaw House is just that! It's at the foothills so its extremely close to nature with all the hiking trails and lakes less than 20 minutes away, but with all the amenities of living in a big city. Richa provided us with great local insights and our common love of being in nature and enjoying the simpler life, really bonded us! We are already planning our next break here, asap! 5 stars all around!
