This cozy 2-story home sits on 10 acres in the Chama River Valley. A seasonal creek runs along edge of land with amazing mountain views. Ideal for a single artist, couple or small family. Hiking + hot springs nearby, including Ghost Ranch, Poshuouingue ruins & Ojo Caliente Springs! Most pets are welcome (for a pet fee). This home is perfect for multi family stays. Prime time hunting units in the area. The private lakes are beautiful for walking around, unfortunately guests of the air BNB are not allowed to fish or swim in the private lakes, due to insurance and liability issues for the land owners association.

We remodeled the cabin recently, so it is ready for your family’s adventures. During winter months, 4x4 or AWD vehicle may be necessary, due to snow.
