Your private guest quarters comes with a dedicated carport for parking, your own private entrance, crisp white bathroom, large bright bedroom and living area with flat screen TV and a kitchenette all to yourselves. The location can't be beat. You will be just minutes from all that UCSD, La Jolla & the San Diego area has to offer. Calendar and photos are always up to date and yes we are pet friendly with a fully fenced back yard.

Villas Del Sol is a newly remodeled home 400 steps from the beach, which has two bed rooms and one bath, a full kitchen with a stainless-steel refrigerator, stacked washer and dryer. Master bed room is furnished with a comfortable king size bed. The other bed room has two twin size bed. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms. A roll-away bed is available by request. Portable AC in the living room . There is $250 pet fee. One assigned parking .

First floor has living area with pull out QUEEN sofa, half bath and full kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances. Upstairs has washer/dryer, nook with a desk, bedroom and full bathroom. Room for 4 people. 5 minute walk to famous La Jolla Shores Beach, less than 1 minute walk to restaurants and shops, kayak and surfboard rentals.
