Renta de casas vacacionales en la playa en La Maddalena

Realmente volvería a contratar esta casa, sin dudarlo. Es muy amplia, cómoda para la cantidad de personas ( 8). Super bien ubicada, a 30 metros de la playa y a 200 metros aproximadamente del pueblo. La vista es un sueño, desde cualquier ambiente de la casa, sobre todo desde la terraza donde pasamos gran parte del tiempo. Pasamos 7 días inolvidables en familia. La cocina super bien equipada La atención de Matteo fue espectacular, siempre dispuesto a responder rápidamente nuestras consultas y solicitudes. Nos colocaron reposeras y sillas nuevas de jardín, pedí un secador de pelo y me lo entregaron el mismo día. No tengo más que palabras de agradecimiento para Matteo, realmente un gran anfitrión. Espero volver a ese lugar paradisíaco.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Bonifacio ! Franck a été très accueillant et réactif dans les échanges. Le logement correspond parfaitement à la descriptions et aux photos. Logement, pratique, fonctionnel et très bien équipé. La terrasse est également spacieuse et agréable. Ce logement est idéalement situé pour accéder rapidement aux plages les plus proches ainsi qu'au port de Bonifacio. Boulangerie, sandwicherie à 200m ce qui est pratique car peu de commerce aux alentours. Nous recommandons les plages petit et grand Spérone qui sont magnifiques ainsi que le restaurant la cabane du pêcheur à 5 min où nous avons passé un excellent moment culinaire pour conclure notre séjour. Merci à Franck pour les échanges amicaux en toute simplicité.

This is an incredible home. The house is uniquely designed and extremely comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need. The bedrooms each have a bathroom and are very private from one another. But what makes this home so remarkable is the location. The view is expansive and breathtaking. There are so many gorgeous places to swim all around, either from the giant (and beautiful) rocks and from the nearby beaches. The beach that is about an 8 minute walk through a wooded trail is a truly magical beach, wonderful "big" sand and shells. There are good places to eat and markets a short (3-6 minutes) drive away in the hotel complexes nearby, or go into Palau, which is about a 15 minute drive and has lots to offer in terms of restaurants and shopping.

We visited in low season so the whole area was really quiet, Giorgio and Elizabetta were great to communicate with for the few times we needed to chat as the house was perfect. We were met and given a lovely tour on checkin when Elizabetta explained everything, the apartment is very clean and we would certainly be back! The terrace is bigger than it looks in the pictures, enjoying sun late into the evening! Our dog loved it too as and the whole terrace is secure. Thanks again for the lovely holiday!

Wir waren mit der Kommunikation und mit der Sauberkeit und der hochwertigen Ausstattung des Hauses sehr zufrieden! Der Blick in den Hafen hat Flair und ist spannend. Der Fluglärm hat uns nicht so gefallen. Maria Maddalena ist sehr herzlich!

Un petit coin de paradis au calme dans un décor magnifique et en même temps proche de tout. Amenagé avec goût, très propre, on se laisse porter hors du temps et on a envie d’y revenir au plus vite. Cécile est accueillante, attentionnée et prodigue de bons conseils à suivre. Pour les amoureux de la vie et de ses petits plaisirs je vous recommande cet endroit

In der wunderschönen Villa Ginepro haben wir fünf entspannte Tage im Frühling verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und wohnlich eingerichtet und bietet allen möglichen Komfort. Die Lage am Rande einer Feriensiedlung ist ruhig und doch zentral: In wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand oder auch im Zentrum von Palau, wo eine Reihe von guten Restaurants zu finden sind. Die Vermieter reagierten immer sofort auf Fragen und lösten unsere anfänglichen kleinen Probleme mit WLAN und Warmwasser freundlich und effizient. Für vier Personen ist die Villa perfekt geeignet, für sechs wird es allenfalls etwas eng, etwa wenn man wegen des Wetters nicht auf der Terrasse essen kann.

We loved Villa Ivy and how easy it was to check in. Antonella was waiting to welcome us on arrival, sharing ideas for best beaches and restaurants. We enjoyed walking to the nearest beach and walking into Palau for dinner and the ferry across to the island - well worth a trip. The supermarket is also really close.

A beautiful location!!! The view from the rear of the property was spectacular. Very compact and comfortable apartment with a lovely outside sitting area. The grounds are really well managed and very pretty. A car is necessary as only a cafe and restaurant within walking distance, but the village is a great base to explore the surrounding area. Pool is wonderful and very clean. Would highly recommend!

Nicola was very friendly, helpful and always responded within a very short time. He is super organised. We were given a great PowerPoint with lots of helpful information. We (2 adults and 1 dog) were warmly welcomed. the house is perfect for dogs, the garden is very large and completely fenced in. My dog even got a welcome present, so lovely! The surrounding area is great, very quiet and safe. there are several small beaches nearby (within walking distance) (you feel like you're on a private beach) and a hill with beautiful rock formations, definitely worth a trip. There are few cars and wide roads, we could always let our dog run free. In Sardinia everyone is very dog friendly, we were able to take our dog to the big beaches and also to the grocery shops. We rented a car which is highly recommended and also cheap. Large shops and great towns can be reached by car within 10 minutes Nicola, thank you so much for everything, it was the best holydays ever!

Es war sehr schön und Luigi hat sich super schnell und freundlich um alles gekümmert. Wir hatten während unseres Aufenthalts einen Defekt der Geschirrspülmaschine. Der Elektriker kam umgehend vorbei und hat innerhalb von wenigen Stunden eine neue Maschine eingebaut. Wirklich top! Die Wohnung ist genau so schön, wie auf den Bildern und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Aufpassen, sollte man mit dem Stromanschluss: Nicht zu viele Geräte gleichzeitig benutzen, sonst fliegt die Hauptsicherung raus. Im April ist es noch schön ruhig in Palau - der Pool war schon in Betrieb aber noch sehr kalt.

Le logement de Nicolas est parfaitement situé à 2 minutes en voiture de la vieille ville de Bonifacio et à proximité de magnifiques plages accessibles en voiture. La maison est situé dans un endroit très calme sans aucun vis à vis. La literie est bonne. La piscine chauffée à 29 degrés nous a permis de profiter tous les jours en cette fin de mois d'octobre ! Nicolas a été très flexible sur notre heure d'arrivée et très réactif quant à nos différentes questions avant le séjour. Il a mis tout à disposition pour notre bébé se 2 ans. Je recommande chaudement !

Schöne, moderne Wohnung, hübsch eingerichtet, toller Ausblick auf den Hafen. Die Klimaanlage (Heizung) im Wohnraum war außer Betrieb. Vom Parkplatz zur Wohnung geht es etliche Meter und 50 Stufen aufwärts. Im Ort gibt es mehrere Supermärkte, ohne Auto schlecht zu erreichen.

Quel merveilleux endroit ! Une vue spectaculaire, une douceur infinie , une atmosphère cinématographique. Tout est parfait . La qualité des produits du petit déjeuner est irréprochable , l’accueil au bar très sympa , tout est réuni pour un séjour inoubliable.

Maison récente, moderne et super agréable, très bien équipée, piscine chauffée très appréciable ! Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Sophie avec de délicieuses surprises ! La communication avec Alexandre a été très appréciée. Ne connaissant pas Bonifacio, nous pensions que la maison était située plus près du centre ville. Nous devions prendre la voiture pour nous déplacer. Nous avons aimé notre séjour, Bonifacio est magnifique !

Endroit paisible, propre, bien situé, hôte sympathique et serviable. Il ne manquait de rien, même pour cuisiner! Nous recommandons cet hébergement.

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Nous avons pu profiter de la belle villa, bien située, calme. Ceci malgré un temps d'avril au début pluvieux, puis très venteux. L'environnement, en particulier l'île proche de la Caprera, se prête à de magnifiques randonnées. Le village de La Maddalena est très proche, 5' en voiture, et on y trouve tout le nécessaire. L'hôte nous a très bien reçu et s'est montré très arrangeant pour les heures d'arrivée et de départ.

Great house, lots of indoor and outdoor space, patios, garden, barbecue, sea views - there is a beach across the road, supermarket 5 mins walk away, safe footpath for kids all the way to the old town. House is really well equipped, yet retains its old character. You could walk from the ferry if you didn’t want / have a car - but private off street parking is outside the door. Eduardo was a great host, made everything very easy for us. Highly recommended.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette maison des couchers de soleil. Tout est fait pour que l’on s’y sente bien 😊 Il y a absolument tout le nécessaire (voire plus) dans la cuisine, ce qui est génial quand on arrive en Sardaigne en avion. Merci aux hôtes pour leur réactivité dès notre arrivée et notamment de nous avoir permis d’entrer dans le logement plus tôt que prévu, c’était très appréciable.

Mega tolle Wohnung. Wir waren begeistert. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Direkt am Strand gelegen. Wir haben unsere nächste Unterkunft storniert und den Aufenthalt verlängert. Wir nannten es Peter Pan Haus. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Einzige Kritikpunkte sind: kein Wlan, viele private Gegenstände vom Gastgeber vor Ort und untransparente Preispolitik. Es wird nicht wie bei anderen Airbnbs pro Appartment verrechnet sondern pro Gast. Ansonsten die Wohnung der Hammer!

Very nice place to stay! We came in the off season so not much was open in general but a close walk to the boardwalk and we found many more things to do and restaurants open. Very close walk to the beaches by the restaurants. Overall good stay.

Odlično iskustvo! Antonellov smještaj je još bolji nego na slikama. U smještaju je sve što vam treba za ugodan odmor. Kuhinja je ful opremljena, imate i spužvice za suđe, deterđent, kuhinjske krpe, opremu za čišćenje, suđe, ma sve! Posteljina i ručnici su dostupni bez nadoplate. Klima za grijanje/hlađenje radi perfektno! Pogled s balkona isto odličan! Pittulongo je predivno malo mjesto sa svim sadržajima koji vam trebaju za ugodan odmor. Na pješačkoj udaljenosti su predivne plaže, market, tobacco i nekoliko restorana isto kao i autobusna stanica za Olbiu. Svakako preporučujem Antonellov smještaj!

Tuvimos una excelente estadía María Antonieta muy amable como anfitriona y pendiente de las pequeñas cosas. La playa a una cuadra del lugar una belleza. Hay además buenos restaurantes sobre la playa y la casa está a cinco minutos en auto de San Paolo. Por la época que fuimos los comercios no funcionaban a pleno y había algo de humedad.

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé. La maison est conforme au descriptif et très bien située pour profiter de la région. Arnaud est très réactif et accueillant. Nous recommandons fortement.
