Great stay perfect for what we were after! Location and views were on point! Kayaks were great with the dads and toddlers in the morning and firepit was great at night for when the kids were in bed. Swans can and visited one lovely and one a bit angry but otherwise fine. Road next to the house was a bit busy and noisy but that’s the only fault if I was looking for one. Thank you so much for a great stay for a much needed break!

Kate was exceptionally helpful and went out of her way to welcome us in person to her beautiful home. The place was exactly as the pictures showed - clean and cosy. We loved the shampoos and shower gel too! The chocolates on the towels was a nice warm welcome too and my son appreciated that. We had our dog with us and she absolutely loved running around in the big backyard that is also fully fenced. There are some games in the lounge which we enjoyed playing as well. In terms of location, we are within walking distance to plenty of playgrounds, beach, parks, shops and the nearest coffee shop was just round the corner. Highly recommend!

We had a perfect stay here, the spacious living area was perfect for our stay as we were getting married in Beaudesert and had plenty of room for our bridal party to get ready. We had everything we needed and loved the children’s toy area in the sunroom. Overall a fantastic location and would highly recommended. Helen & Eddie

Thanks for a wonderful weekend! Rare to find a place with plenty of bedrooms and beds for a group getaway in such a central location, close to beach, breweries, coles, restaurants and more. Pool was lovely, living areas well presented, and in a very quiet neighborhood.

We absolutely love staying at Kate's place! Every time we visit Boyland/Tamborine, there's no question, we always choose her accommodation. It's become a little tradition for us now. Kate is an amazing host, so welcoming, kind, and thoughtful. The house is always spotless, cozy, and full of those little touches that make you feel right at home. You can tell she truly cares about her guests. We stayed over the Anzac weekend and once again, everything was just perfect. Thank you, Kate, we can't wait to come back!

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful English-style house! It was the perfect setting for a group getaway—spacious, stylish, and so well-equipped with everything we could possibly need (and more). The surrounding nature was absolutely magical. We spent our mornings with a coffee in hand, listening to the creek running and the birds singing—so peaceful and grounding. The whole place had such a calm and welcoming energy, and it made our time together truly memorable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind, reconnect, and enjoy a little slice of nature in total comfort. We'll definitely be back!

Our stay at Acute Abode was perfect. No interruptions, the accomodation was perfect and had everything we needed. I will recommend to everyone that asks. Thank you for everything and making my partners birthday so special.

Our family (including our dog) enjoyed the most amazing stay at The Farm at Duck Creek. Photos don't do it justice. Total relaxation for the adults spending the day on the deck enjoying the view while the kids loved the cows, creek, outdoor fireplace and pizza oven. Outdoor shower was also a highlight. We can't wait to come back.

Rafael's place is similar to a studio apartment/granny flat. The kitchennete was good. Bed was comfortable and plenty of wardrobe space to avoid clutter. The granny flat had a separate entrance gate even when it is behind the main house. Fully fenced yard and deck at the back. Very good place to stay and not too far to drive to Surfers Paradise. Backyard was great to have for the dogs. We had to go home a day earlier due to the wild weather. He is a very responsive host.

This was my second time to be so fortunate staying at Natalie's amazing lodge. Everything was impeccable and so quiet and relaxing, with the most spectacular, breathtaking views. She provided wonderful communication and everything was there as stated. It's by far the best bang for your buck, gorgeous airbnb I have ever stayed at so far. I highly recommend anyone to stay here. Loved it. Can’t wait to stay again. Excellent views of Wollumbin (Mt Warning) that I didn’t notice in the pictures of the house so that was a nice surprise. Loved it here
