We are minutes from Lake Ontario beaches, the Salmon River in Pulaski & Altmar, Salmon River Falls, & the Salmon River Resevoir.

Fantastic A-Frame on Sandy Pond, an inlet with direct access to Lake Ontario. Although not waterfront, The Groove A Frame sits a stone's throw from the shore of Sandy Pond and a deeded boat launch. Enjoy world class fishing in the pond, lake, and nearby Salmon River. Located on a NYS established snowmobile trail. Up to 2 dogs allowed with paid pet fee. The Groove A Frame is a cannabis friendly rental. Enjoy smoking cannabis anywhere indoor or outside, but NO INDOOR TOBACCO SMOKING!

The Tug Hill fun doesn’t stop when the snow melts. The ATV trails are plentiful, as well as the hiking, hunting, fishing and swimming opportunities! The Little John Tiny Cabin makes the perfect hub for your adventure. With WiFi, coffee, and linens included, all you’ll need to bring is some fresh clothes and a bite to eat!

Whether you are looking for the ultimate outdoor experience or just would like to unplug and relax in the country, our house has it all. Located within a minute drive from access to skiing/hiking/4wheeling/snowmobiling trails within Winona State Forest. We are a short drive from Lake Ontario beaches, the Salmon River in Pulaski & Altmar, Salmon River Falls and the Salmon River Reservoir.

Welcome to our house. We offer 2 bedrooms both with queen size beds. The property is located within 5 miles of two marinas, along with The Elms Golf Club and is located on Lindsey Creek, that has access to North and South Sandy Pond, as well as Lake Ontario via canoe or kayak. Amenities include: washer, dryer , fully equipped kitchen, bedding, towels, wood . A great multi season property. We offer a one canoe for use. We also have wi fi and tv.
