Great spot for a girls trip over a long weekend! The location was perfect, walking distance to most of what we were looking for.

Such an amazing Airbnb with the perfect location! We were very happy with the space and the hosts were very communicative and provided helpful information to find the place as well as local recommendations! Would definitely recommend!

Buen lugar para quedarse, en una zona muy tranquila de la ciudad pegado al rio donde puedes tomar paseos, aunque el carro lo dejas afuera pero tienes la tranquilidad de que estará bien, no pasamos tanto tiempo en el Airbnb por salir a conocer la ciudad pero todo bastante limpio y funcional, solo nos costó un poco entender el funcionamiento de las persianas y no logré encender el ventilador de techo (tampoco pregunté si funcionaba) esto para mantener ventilado el lugar preferimos abrir las ventanas o con el ventilador de piso que también ayudaba.

this apartment was so fiiiire. super spacious, clean, and in the perfect location for my travel purpose (work trip.) sean was also a great communicator, and it was super nice to have a patio to take meetings on when i wanted some fresh air.

I stayed at "The Silver Screen Cinema Suite" Labor Day 2024. The complex was very easy to find, and the directions Ryan provided were well detailed. Check in/Check out process for gated parking was an extra step that I'm not used to (gaining access), BUT once we got in it was WELL WORTH THE miniscule hassle. The free secured parking spot was certainly a plus overall. The location of this apartment is unbeatable; walkable to explore downtown Austin (across the st from Residence Inn/Courtyard Marriott). There is a small balcony off the living room which was nice for late evening relaxation. Home was very clean. It was extremely spacious for my 2 adult/4 teen group and loft was the perfect spot for the teens to relax indoors. Bedrooms- spacious, linens-extremely comfortable, cloud-like comforters, bath shower soap provide- full size. Pool did not look well kept. The only thing we had an issue with was limited hot water in main bath. Great communication with Ryan overall. TYVM!!

The hosts Jeff and Darlene are just awesome! They are very friendly and welcoming. Also, the place is very clean with all the amenities exactly as listed.

I really like this place. Its cozy, surrounded by greenery and it is in a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely book this place again when I visit Austin again. 10/10

Ryan was very responsive and agreed to a last minute booking when another booking cancelled on us last minute. He was accommodating with our needs for check-in and check-out times. The place was very clean and nice, and as described in the listing. Only negative thought is that it is very expensive for a small rental (but this is common in Austin). Overall, highly recommend this host and this property!

I spent a couple of months at Bashar's sweet loft. It is truly as pictured and I loved the attention to detail and design...especially staying so long it truly felt like home. The location is a short drive to South Congress which is a great shopping and restaurant location. I felt very safe and comfortable and Bashar was always responsive to any inquiry or minor concern. Highly recommend.

Only stayed for 1 night but whenever I am back in Austin I know exactly where to book again! The loft is so clean and cozy, I absolutely loved how everything was labeled and easy to find, and the attention to detail for toiletries was amazing.
