C’est un séjour formidable, l’appartement était tel que décrit.Valérie a été très proactive ,répondait dans la minute et toujours prête à ce que l’on soit satisfait. Une hôte en or . Je relouerais cet appartement sans hésiter. Je le recommande fortement.

Très bel appartement à menton. Situation idéale. La personne en charge de vous accueillir était très sympathique et pro Je recommande vivement Le prix pour 5 jours est un peu élevé mais c’est la Côte d’Azur !!!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Menton. Notre appartement est très bien situé, en plein centre, proche des commerces. Très pratique pour voir les défilés de la fête des citrons. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Rosa. Un parking pour notre voiture. Visite de la région en train très pratique. Nous allons garder un très bon souvenir de notre séjour.

Tolle Unterkunft mit 2 Terrassen mit Blick auf das Meer. Liegt direkt am örtlichen Fahrradweg und nur ca. 40 Meter vom Meer entfernt. Super Lage! Die Unterkunft ist super ausgestattet und hat alles was man braucht. Nadia ist immer erreichbar und kommuniziert proaktiv, so dass man keinen Stress hat. So wie es im Urlaub sein soll.

Appartamento ancora più bello rispetto alle foto e alla descrizione, unica pecca il rumore a causa del ritiro della pattumiera fronte strada ma sopportabile. Posto auto molto importante. Tutto molto pulito e ordinato. Proprietari precisi e disponibili. Sicuramente torneremo presto perché è davvero una perla vicino al mare e al centro.

We were in constant communication with Mattia before arriving at the address. When we arrived at the address, everything was as described. The cleanliness of the apartment was very good. We did not experience any problems during our stay. Mattia's family was staying on the upper floor of the apartment we stayed in. They are immediately reachable in case of any problems. As a result, we enjoyed the sun, sea and sand. It was a quiet and peaceful environment. Definitely recommended.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben,für uns perfekt. Auch eine sehr gute Ausgangslage,um all die Ortschaften um Imperia herum zu erkunden,wobei auch Imperia sehr viel zu bieten hat. Die Gastgeber waren stets erreichbar und die Kommunikation äusserst herzlich. Sogar ein kleiner Osterhase begrüsste uns als wir Sonntags von unserem Ausflug zurück kamen. The holiday flat is spotlessly clean and has a fantastic view of the sea. The terrace is huge and we were often able to have dinner outside. The flat is very well equipped, even for coffee drinkers: there is both a capsule machine and a Cafetera Italiana (like Bialetti). :-) There are electronic blinds throughout the flat so that the windows can be darkened, which was great. It was very quiet in the surrounding area and neighbourhood. The garden with the meadow was also a great place for us and the children to play. Communication with Sergio was always uncomplicated and very friendly. He gave us lots of tips for the region and it was very helpful to know the best way to do a day trip to Genova. We can highly recommend this accommodation!

Logement situé dans un petit village sur les hauteurs de Sanremo paisible au calme et surtout loin du vacarme de la ville. Il y a un parking gratuit juste en bas de la maison qui est très pratique. La maison est très propre et conforme aux photos. Vous trouverez à votre arrivée un livret d'accueil avec les endroits à visiter et les meilleurs adresses (restos,bars, supermarchés). Merci encore à Lorenzo qui est un hôte très réactif et adorable c'est très appréciable de nos jours. Les explications pour accéder au logement sont claires, les voisins sont accueillants et très discrets. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour sur place et nous reviendrons ensemble entre copines ou avec nos compagnons chacune de notre côté. Jean-Marc to po prostu dobry, pomocny, życzliwy człowiek, a spotkanie z nim przywraca optykę patrzenia na świat jako przyjazne miejsce. Jesteśmy wdzięczni za pobyt w tym domu: dobrze wyposażony, kameralny, wygodny, przestrzenny, klimatyczny, z cudownym widokiem na morze. Świetnie wyposażony sklep „na dole”, kuchnia zachęcająca do wspólnego gotowania, dużo zieleni, spokojna okolica. Dla nas - baza do zwiedzania zachwycającego pięknem Lazurowego Wybrzeża. To był dobry czas. 10/10. Dziękuję i polecam :)

Gemma und Federico sind unglaubliche Herzmenschen und haben uns wärmstens empfangen. Das Apartment ist großzügig und in Teilen neu renoviert. Die beiden sind sehr bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Die Lage des Hauses ist unweit vom Strand, Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, danke!

Mein Mann, unser 12 jähriger Sohn und ich hatten tolle 12 Tage in dieser Unterkunft und der Umgebung. Sie entspricht komplett der Beschreibung von Giulia. Der zugehörige Parkplatz in einer Tiefgarage ist 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt und war sehr großzügig zum Einparken. Die Lage der Unterkunft (sehr ruhig und doch zentral) war hervorragend für die vielen Ausflüge entlang der Küste und ins Hinterland. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir bequem im Garten abstellen, der sehr schöne Zitronenbäume, eine Tischtennisplatte und Stühle sowie einen Tisch zum Verweilen enthält. Die Umgebung hält viele Caffes und Restaurants bereit. Unser Sohn muss sich glutenfrei ernähren und wir fanden direkt eine Straße weiter eine hervorragende Pizzeria (My Dream), die eine exzellente glutenfreie Pizza herstellt. Wir können diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Siamo stai ospiti nell'alloggio di Maddalena e Riccardo x 2 giorni, e devo dire che è stato come essere a casa!! Tutto pulitissimo, non manca proprio nulla!! Dal caffè al detersivo x la lavatirce!! Giochi x il tempo libero! Davvero ci siamo sentite a casa, lo ha detto anche la mia bimba! Vi ringrazio anche x la disponibilità sempre pronti a rispondere! A pochi passi dal mare e dal centro di Cogoleto (che si raggiunge con una piacevole passeggiata), l'appartamento di Raffaella è un piccolo gioiello. Noi ci siamo sentiti davvero come a casa, con tutte le comodità necessarie. Non manca davvero niente! Anche il divano letto è spazioso e confortevole. Tutte le informazioni necessarie sono indicate. Zona tranquillissima e verde, vicini simpatici e gentili. Raffaella e Aldo sono stati disponibili durante il nostro soggiorno e cordiali, torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo a tutti.

Casa grande e accogliente, ampie camere, cucina completa di tutto e bagno grande e pulito. In zona tranquilla ma a piedi è possibile raggiungere facilmente il mare, centro paese e parco. Ringrazio Maura per l’accoglienza.

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

Abbiamo trascorso dei giorni di riposo in una location ben organizzata, pulita e con una splendida vista. Andrea è sempre stato disponibile e gentilissimo. Ci torneremo appena possbile.

Il soggiorno da Cristiano è stato confortevole. L’appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione e la posizione è ottima con servizi vicini. Dal balcone la vista mare è come da foto. Di aiuto i suggerimenti dell’Host, reattivo e sempre disponibile.

Tati ci ha accolto nell’appartamento in maniera impeccabile, è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile. L’appartamento è come si presenti nell annuncio, pulito, ben curato nei dettagli, con tutti i comfort necessari. La posizione è ottima per arrivare sulla spiaggia e nelle vicinanze c’è un ristorante bar. Sicuramente ci torneremo! ☺️
