Welcome to our home on Lake Blackshear! We are located in a cove at the northern tip of the lake, surrounded by trees and beautiful nature. There is 1 queen bed, one queen sleeper sofa, and 1 futon (suitable for 1-2 small kids). Its beautiful country life so come enjoy it with us! It is duckweed season! Duckweed is a harmless (annoying) green plant that thrives in still water like our cove. It floats on top of the water and is a nuisance. Please see photos for reference during this season.

This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath mobile home that sleeps 6 people and has multiple porches with views of the lake. The dock has an outdoor grill and bar area with a single boat lift, surrounded by shady cypress trees. Enjoy swimming and skiing right off the dock! 10 % Discount for bookings of 7 days or more. One-of-a-kind views of Lake Blackshear. Over the water, roomy, family-friendly lake house. Located just a few miles from the Georgia Veterans State Park. Enjoy swimming off the dock, grilling out, and stellar sunsets over Lake Blackshear. Property may not be the best suited for those with mobility impairment as it is multi-level.
