Ece was an exceptional host, and our stay in her place was fantastic! The apartment was conveniently located in a vibrant and secure neighborhood of Kadikoy, with plenty of great restaurants and nightlife options within walking distance. Ece was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience the lively side of Istanbul!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in einer sehr renommierten Gegend von Istanbul. Man hat verschiedene Einkaufs- und Restaurantmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, die man zu Fuß erreichen kann. Außerdem befindet sich ca. 10 min entfernt die Marmaray- Station: Göztepe, mit der man direkt ins Zentrum von Kadiköy fahren kann. Die Innenausstattung ist super, alle weiteren Utensilien waren verfügbar. Sehr empfehlenswert, würde es auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen sofern ich in Istanbul bin - vielen Dank für die unkomplizierte Kommunikation an Alper!

Sercan is a very responsive and helpful host. The place was perfectly clean and I could access all the necessary information I needed before + after the check-in. I would totally want to stay here again if I come back to Istanbul. I think it would be great to rent his apartment in spring/summer time too, since it comes with a nice little garden.

في البدايه اشكر حنيفة على الضيافة وحسن الاستقبال لقد قرات ردود سابقه للزوار ورايت مدى اهتمام حنيفه على حلها ومعالجتها وتحسينها حيث اني لم اواجه المشكلات التي ذكرت قبل الجيران طيبون جدا الخاصه عائله سلمان بيك لقد ساعدوني في حمل الشنط وقدمت تحيه لهم المبنى يسكنه عائله واحده مترابطه نظام الدخول جميل حيث انك تخلع حذائك في مدخل المبنى يعطيك شعور سكن مع العائله المنظر والاطلاله الجميله جدا تستحق العناء صعود اربعه ادوار كبار السن والتي لديهم مشاكل في المشي لا يناسبها شكرا حنيفه شكرا للعائله جميله سعود من جديد باذن الله

Daha önce gittiğim yerlere göre daha uygun fiyatlıydı ve konum olarak müthişti akşamları rahatça istediğimiz şekilde yürüyerek merkeze veya eğlence yerlerine gidebiliyorduk erdi beye de çok teşekkür ediyoruz bizimle çok güzel ilgilendiler Sapanca’ya gidersem kesinlikle bir daha burayı tutarım çünkü araçsız kişiler için de çok iyi bir yer otobüs ile Berceste dinlenme tesislerinde inip hemen şehiriçi otobüslere binip eve yürüme mesafesinde bir yere indiriliyor ve dönüşte de aynı şekilde yapılıp arabaya gerek duymadan güzel bir tatil yaptık her şey için tekrardan teşekkür ediyoruz

Konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık. Ev temiz ve düzenliydi. Havuzun ısıtması çok başarılıydı, çocuklar da biz büyükler de eğlendik. Adem Bey bizimle sürekli irtibat halindeydi. Bir sorun olduğunda hemen ilgilendi. Evin en güzel tarafı mahremiyetiydi, korunaklı güvenli ve huzurlu bir yer. Tavsiye ederim.

What a lovely house! I had a great stay here. The location is very convenient for exploring the town. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, aside from the rooster who seems to think he is the town muezzin as he would crow before every call to prayer haha. The instructions were very detailed and clear for getting to the house. Loved it here.

I booked Zeynep's apartment for multiple stays in Kadıköy, and it was absolutely the right decision. From the start, Zeynep was incredibly friendly and always responsive, going as far as to send me a reassuring message in the immediate aftermath of the April 2025 earthquake to clarify that her apartment building had been checked for cracks and structural damage, and that it was safe to stay in. On the evening of check-in, I ran about 1.5 hours late - and where most Air BnB hosts would have become exasperated, both Zeynep and Mr Bilal (the janitor who handled the check-in process) were so polite and patient while they waited for me. The actual apartment is lovely: both the bed and sofa bed are comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped, the washer/dryer machine is really effective, and the bed linen and towels were spotless. I also appreciated the extremely powerful hair dryer in the bathroom!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place is very cozy, clean, and located in a quiet street within private blocks, which made it feel very safe and comfortable. Everything was well-organized and exactly as described. The host was extremely friendly, responsive, and available 24/7 for any help or questions, which made the whole experience even better. I truly appreciated their support and hospitality.

Clean and fully equipped accommodation. It is very well located for access to the Marmaray. The neighborhood is calm and peaceful. The host is kind and very responsive in communication.

The location is perfect and very peaceful, a close walk to shops and restaurants but also very quiet. We loved the flat and its amazing terrace. Having two bathrooms was a great asset. Lora was very kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.
