Pool House On The Lake

The Pool House on the lake has several great features and is more the just a lake house. The house sets on a 5 acres wooded lot with a private gated drive. The 1950s home has the original bathrooms and kitchen but has been updated with great wifi ( for work or school) and new HD TVs through out. The view to the lake is one of a kind with its own private sandy beach and fire pit. No matter what the weather is there's something to do because this house also has a heated indoor pool(all year long).

For the boating and fishing enthusiast, local boat launch just around the corner. Warsaw is 20 minutes away, where you can enjoy shopping, dining and sightseeing. For anyone seeking a larger city, Fort Wayne is a 45 minutes' drive, where you can visit the Zoo, Theatres and Botanical Conservatory.

On beautiful Pretty Lake, 11 miles from Culver, 25 Miles from University of ND. 18 hole public golf course on the west end of PL. 3 twin beds and 2 queen size beds in the bedrooms. A queen size sofa sleeper located in tv room. A new dishwasher, furnace and window air conditioners for the summer months. A kayak, 4 paddle boards, and a paddle boat are available to you. Dogs are welcome, max. 2, with a great yard to run and play. Due to liability, the speed boat and golf cart are not available.

Lakefront cottage on Koontz Lake

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This one bedroom with hide a bed cottage has a beachy theme. It shares a fire pit and patio with owner. Access to pier if you bring your boat. Or you can fish or swim off the pier. Pets are allowed and it is gated. Off street parking is provided. There is a local brewery and other restaurants nearby. 30 minutes to South Bend and 20 minutes to Plymouth. We look forward to sharing our cute little cottage on the lake. Managed by Deb Minich.

Our turn of the century farmhouse is situated in the country on over three acres. Enjoy a large kitchen, dining room and large family room along with three bedrooms (upstairs) and two full baths (1 up and 1 down). The rural atmosphere is perfect for walks or evening fires (we have a fire ring, lawn chairs, and some wood). Enjoy the night sky with a view of the stars and constellations. We have a lovely, safe, rural community with friends and fields as neighbors. No parties allowed.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful 5-bedroom home. The home is on a quiet street, one street off the lake. Boat slip access if available. Equipped with central air with upstairs window unit. Appliances include flat-screen TVs. washer, dryer, dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, and Wifi included. The kitchen seats 6, and the dining seats 4. Two bathrooms with showers and towels included. Home sleeps 11 people. There are 4 Queen beds, one king bed and one twin bed.

A great place to retreat with all the key amenities to complete your stay after enjoying everything this quaint town has to offer. Walking distance to all shops, restaurants, and Lake Maxinkuckee and just a mile from Culver Academies. We allow dogs for an additional fee; see house rules for additional requirements when bringing your furry friend. Home is available for long-term stay during the 2024 - 2025 Culver Academy school years. Please inquire with host for details.

Rustic Lodge -Oak Tree Lodge

The Oak Tree Lodge is located in a country setting and offers a private lodge with an outdoor area for relaxing and entertaining. The former barn structure has been beautifully transformed in a rustic and comfortable lodge to rest, relax, and renew. We have renewed it into a fresh new life - as a lodge to invite friends and guests to enjoy and relax. The listed rate is for four people, and additional quests will be $25.00 per person.

Culver/Lake Max Home... In-Town & Close to Academy

Clean, Comfortable, Updated Home just steps off of Main Street and a short walk to Cafe Max. A great home for Academy parents to stay while visiting their children. Also, a great residence to stay in if your child's team is playing a Culver team. Dogs are welcome, please no cats. $50 additional pet cleaning fee. Need the house for consecutive weekends? Let me know. Happy to be flexible with cleaning fees and unused mid-week days.
