Relax in this simple, open floor plan little house with an amazing view of the Ouachita river and mountains. 2 bedrooms, one bath, living area, and great outdoor patio over looking the river. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, fresh linens, and bath items. Can sleep 7, although it's most comfortable for a family of 4. There will be an extra fee per person. The cleaning for 6-7 people is $50, even for a short-term stay. pets are allowed for a $10 per trip, PER PET fee.

Updated cottage on Lake Hamilton! The cottage has been completely remodeled and updated and contains brand new furnishings, a new private boat slip and swim dock. The resort contains a pool for use by owners and guests and another swim dock on the lake. The cottage is 5-10 minutes from historic downtown Hot Springs and Bathouse Row and 5-10 minutes from Oaklawn Racing Casino.
