Quiet, residential safe neighborhood, near Lakewood. Rather it's a dream vacation or just needing to rest your flip flop for business. The house is located within short driving distance to downtown Long Beach, Aquarium of the Pacific, Queen Mary & about a 20 minute drive to Disneyland and Downtown Disney. Very close access to major freeways and conveniently there is a liquor store and a children's playground park a block away. The house itself has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. There are two flat screen TVs in the house along with many kitchen appliances and tools you may need to cook and enjoy meals.
