The house is in a quiet private neighborhood on 1 acre of cove front property. There is an abundance of wildlife. Stairs lead down to the cove where you can walk the shore at low tide, birdwatch or hear fog horns. At high tide you can take our kayaks out. It's walking distance to Lamoine Beach Park and 35 min to Acadia. The classic but comfortable living space is all on the second level. Wifi & TV with cable, and air conditioning are all available. The basement/garage level has a washer/dryer.

North Shore House

Welcome to North Shore House on the shore of Jordan River in Lamoine, a small town just off the island of Mount Desert. Come and enjoy this spacious home with a large lawn and access to the tidal waters. Here you can watch eagles, waterfowl and deer from the deck. Watch an occasional fisherman pulling his lobster traps and the planes coming into Bar Harbor airport.
