Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood which loops around Spruce Creek.

Enjoy our cozy guest flat on the same 1-acre property as our 1917 home, but with its own entrance, parking, full kitchen and bath. Walking distance to downtown Durham, the Oyster River, and Great Bay, with many hiking trails a short drive away. Take a walk to the historic Mill Pond Dam or to Tideline Public House (food truck park). This efficient space is for 1-2 people, with one queen bed available.

It is within walking distance to Phillips Exeter Academy, beautiful Downtown Exeter and the Amtrack train station. No pets allowed. Please take note: There is a train that passes by periodically and can be loud. Parking space for 1 car in winter and 2 in summer months.
