Stunning lakefront property on 1-acre on Pontsoosuc Lake in western MA, in the heart of the Berkshires. This beautiful home features 3 bdrms & 2.5 baths. A large primary suite (king bed) sits on one side of the home, w/ two guest bdrms (king bed, queen bed) on the other end of the house. Kitchen, dining, and living room areas are spacious and open, with high ceilings & skylights. Cozy closed-in lakeside backporch opens to a small back deck. Large front side porch is set back from main road.

Historic Stone Church in The Berkshires

<b>Hinterland Hall</b> was built in 1836 by the Saint Luke's Episcopal Parish and joined the National Register of Historic Places in 1972. Ripe with history and impeccable beauty, Ian & Jane purchased the old stone church in May of 2021, completing an extensive restoration process in accordance with the Massachusetts Historical Commission. Stone School Cottage

Romantic getaway or family vacation. Charming stone building served as a one-room schoolhouse from 1832 until 1950. Beautifully situated amidst horse farms on the scenic road to Mt Greylock, centrally located midway between Williamstown and Lenox. We host lots of writers and musicians who love the bright airy space, families that have fun in this big playhouse, and couples seeking a memorable and private retreat. PLEASE NOTE: this truly-unique building has an unusual layout, described below.

Relax with your family and friends after a day of skiing, hiking or a night of Tanglewood concert in this newly renovated home at the center of the Berkshires. Located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, our home is 5min to Pontoosuc Lake and Lake Onota, 10min to Bousquet, 15min to Mt Greylock, 20min to Jiminy Peak and Tanglewood. Multiple grocery stores and shopping centers near by. Child/baby friendly, we have books, games, PingPong, foosball and a grand piano. Musicians are welcome!

Wildlife Lakeside Cottage; views/wildlife

Our private cottage is set on a peninsula at a cove where a trout stream enters the lake. There is an incredible amount of wildlife, especially all types of birds. Sunny views abound. The house boasts a bright wood interior with a cozy feel. It has two and a half baths. There is a first floor queen bedroom with cathedral ceiling, and on the 2nd floor another queen room and a twin room-2 single beds.The adjacent lake teams with wildlife, seasonal weeds do grow. Renovated farmhouse in the Berkshires, Perfect for family gatherings, or weekends away. The house is spacious and welcoming with a sunny deck and welcoming porch. Near Mount Greylock, and other outdoor destinations. The Ashuwilticook Bike Trail is across the street. Whitney's Farm stand nearby with fresh Produce and Deli .

Bring the whole family to this beautiful home in the woods, just minutes from Mt Greylock hiking, Jiminy Peak skiing, local farms and activities. There's truly something for everyone. Go for pumpkin picking and hayrides at Whitney's Farm or walk/bike Ashuwillticook Rail Trail. We are 10 minutes to Pittsfield and 15 minutes to Williamstown. Or have a great time never even leaving the house, while grilling outside, watching movies in the home theater, or cooking in a chef's kitchen.

A Ray of Sunshine-Lakefront-New Construction- ski

Brand new construction on Pontoosuc Lake in the Berkshires. This home has 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 14 guests. The home has a large deck off of the dining room with a gas bbq and a rooftop deck with gorgeous lake views and a gas fire pit. The home has a full kitchen, large dining area and 2 family rooms with TVs and games and a gas fireplace. This is our 4th rental home on the lake as we have been welcoming guests to the Berkshires for nearly 10 years.
