wir waren zu dritt hier. sehr viel platz und sehr sehr schönes haus/wohnung. schöner als auf den bildern. super ausblick von der terasse. grillmöglichkeit / spülmaschine / waschmaschiene etc alles vorhanden. alles war sehr sauber. wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder! sehr freundliche gastgeber. danke nochmal!

beau logement à côté de supermarché à 5 min , cagliari a 20 min , logement neuf avec de beaux équipements il y avait tous ce qui fallait et place de parking privé. Hôte très gentil qui nous a offerts produits locaux .

Eravamo tre coppie in Sardegna per un weekend di visita ad un amico. Fin da subito Francesca si è dimostrata presente, gentile, reattiva e disponibile. Al nostro arrivo, nonostante la pioggia, ci stava attendendo all'esterno per renderci più semplice individuare il comdominio giusto. L'appartamento, situato al 4° piano, è spazioso e confortevole. Lo abbiamo trovato in ordine e ben pulito, con un vassoio di dolcetti ad aspettarci (gentilezza da non dare per scontata). Francesca ha reso il nostro soggiorno molto piacevole e consiglio vivamente la sua struttura per chiunque abbia intenzione/necessità di alloggiare in zona!

Un petit sejour expess mais tout était parfait, le propriétaire est vraiment très acceuillant il nous a donné pleins de bons tuyaux pour passer d'excellentes vacances. Tout était préparé avec soin et le logement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Nous espérons revenir bientôt.

Hôtes très accueillants, logement à 3 kms d'une belle plage. La Costa del rei est très belle et tranquille. Nous recommandons !

Great location in a quiet spot in the mountainous old town of Baunei. When we arrived we found the host had left a bottle of Vermentino wine and local pastries for us. The flat is an old traditional stone building but it has been renovated and it's equipped with everything one needs, including a washing machine. Everything was in working order. The south-facing roof terrace offers an amazing view onto Santa Maria Navarrese, Arbatax and the coast nearby. We also spotted a gecko while chilling on the roof terrace at the sun set.

Espaço muito acolhedor num bairro calmo e acessível. Salvatore é muito prestável e preocupado com o nosso bem estar.

Appartamento completo di tutto e ristrutturato con gusto di recente. Sono stato accolto con dolci di pasticceria, frutta fresca e tutto il necessario per la colazione, Valerio gentilissimo. Tutto perfetto.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment chez Giuseppe, Outre l'accueil exemplaire de Giuseppe, nous avons été ravis par l'odeur de fleur d'oranger qui flottée dans l'air (la maison est situé sur une exploitation d'orangers et de citronniers). La villa blanche était à la hauteur de nos attentes. La petite terrasse couverte idéale pour profiter du BBQ. Très bien situé pour explorer la région, nous avons profités de cette nature sauvage et magnifique, entre les montagnes rouges, les gorges/gouffres, mais aussi les plages aux eaux turquoises dans les criques préservées. Un vrai bonheur pour les sens ( vous en prenez vraiment pleins les yeux !). Idéalement situé pour les courses et les petits restau que l'on peut découvrir à pieds après une belle journée de rando. En bref, nous avons adorés notre séjour chez Giuseppe. Merci encore pour son accueil et mention spéciale pour les oranges et les citrons frais qui nous ont régalés aux petits déjeunés ! Au plaisir de revenir ;-)

Wir waren 3 Familien von Freunden in dem Haus von Géraldine, Das Haus ist sehr schön, groß und gemütlich! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt:) Die Kommunikation mit Géraldine war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert, sie war immer da wenn wir sie gebraucht haben! Wir können das Haus absolut weiter empfehlen! Merveilleux séjour à la Mariachiara. Maison très confortable. Vue incroyable. Extérieurs très bien aménagés (piscine, transats, terrasse couverte pour déjeuner, table de Ping Pong, cuisine d’été et jeux pour enfants). Localisation idéale avec la mer proche. Commerces proches et Chiara pour nous aider à organiser la découverte de la région. Services en option (dîner, activité pour les enfants) très pratiques. Alain et Chiara très gentils et toujours disponibles avant et pendant le séjour. À noter tout de même : piscine non sécurisée.

Il B&B è situato nel centro di Desulo un grazioso paesino. Gli interni erano dotati di ogni cosa potesse essere utile per il soggiorno e tutto ed pulito. Estremamente comoda la procedura di self check in e check out. Ilaria è sempre stata gentile e tempestiva nel rispondere. Se capiterà sicuramente torneremo per visitare i paesini limitrofi

Vue magnifique avec lever de soleil si on est un peu matinal! La maison est parfaitement équipée comme chez soi! La piscine est très agréable quand il fait chaud! Anna et Elisabeta sont très accueillantes, disponibles et réactives Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille !

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa per due notti e l’esperienza è stata davvero indimenticabile. La casa è spettacolare: curata in ogni dettaglio, pulitissima e dotata di tutto ciò che si possa desiderare per un soggiorno perfetto. La vista è mozzafiato, con le montagne e il mare – svegliarsi con quel panorama è stato un sogno! Il letto era comodissimo e ci siamo rilassati tantissimo grazie anche alla vasca idromassaggio, un vero tocco in più. Il proprietario è stato estremamente gentile e ospitale, sempre disponibile e attento alle nostre esigenze, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Ci siamo sentiti davvero coccolati e sicuramente torneremo. Consigliatissima!

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Es gab noch Flasche Wein zum Empfang. Die Wohnung war sauber und kühl, obwohl es sehr heiß war. Auf dem Balkon konnte man die Aussicht genießen. In der Wohnung hat man alles vorgefunden was man braucht. Die Lage ist zentral. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Sollten wir nochmal in die Region kommen, fragen wir wieder an.

Apartment upon arrival was spotless. Clean and tidy, a very nice space. It was close to supermarkets and a short drive to Cagliari centre - roughly 15/20mins. Black out blinds are incredible and are truly blackout! Aircon is great in both the kitchen/living area and the bedroom, the shower had good water pressure and the bed was comfortable. Washer dryer is great but the dryer isn’t always an option for every item of clothing so a clothes drying rack would benefit the space, along with an iron. Great overall but a couple of small negatives, lack of kitchen knives, only one sharp steak knife and we cooked here on multiple occasions, no clothes drying rack, no iron and minimal coat hangers. Small additions to make it a real 10/10 but the apartment is super clean and tidy and in a good location. We would recommend and we’d stay again knowing what extras we mind need to bring! Alessandro was a great host and was very responsive!

Cristina es una excelente anfitriona, siempre pendiente de cualquier duda o petición. El departamento amplio, luminoso, limpio, sin ruido y lleno de detalles que hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera muy agradable. Recomiendo ampliamente.

La casa di Fabrizio è pulitissima, mobili nuovi, materassi comodi, elettrodomestici efficienti, ottimamente equipaggiata sia in cucina che in bagno. Comoda la possibilità di parcheggiare nel cortile. Il paese di Uta è situato vicino a strade di comunicazione veloci ed è dotato di supermercati forniti di tutto. Fabrizio è un ottimo host.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist in einer Top-Lage, die Terrasse ist wunderschön. Die Gastgeber sind immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Alles was man braucht (Supermarkt, Restaurant) in der Nähe. Wir können diese Wohnung mit guten Gewissen weiterempfehlen ! Danke für die schöne Zeit!

The view from the spacious balcony is even better than the pictures and we spent most of of time there! There were some issues with water in the village, which meant we couldn't use the hottub, however this was completely out of the host's control. The apartment was absolutely spotless and the host has carefully thought through everything you need, including beach towels, some refreshments and beach umbrellas. It took us a while to get used to all of the mod-cons, and couldn't get the air-conditioning to work, despite the hosts coming straight over and trying to fix it - not an issue for us, but could be an issue in the summer. The location is great, a small uphill walk to the town and parking outside the front gate. The hosts were extremely attentive and responsive and we would highly recommend this apartment. What a great spot and a wonderful host. The property towers over Tortoli with views of the valley and the mountains all around. Absolute peace and privacy in a lovingly landscaped and well-kept property. Thank you, Gianfranco, for being a great host, your small attentions and recommendations as well asalways being helpful. Der Unterhalt bei Enrica kann ich gerne weiter empfehlen! Sehr nette und mega freundliche Gastgeberin, schnelle und hilfreiche Kommunikation! Appartement ist sehr gemütlich und charmant, es gibt alles, was man braucht und entspricht der Beschreibung. Parkplätze war auch einfach zu finden an der Straße. Gerne wieder))
