We chose this place to film our thesis after seeing the photos. It perfectly matched the look and vibe we were aiming for, with its traditional Filipino feel. It's hard to find a place that allows filming, so we’re glad we were given permission to do so. The only downside was that it can get a bit loud outside, especially since it's surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and bars. People walking by can be noisy, and the vehicles passing by added to it, but it was tolerable and not that bothersome. Inside, the house was exactly as shown in the photos. The host was very responsive to my filming requests, and the staff was proactive and accommodating, even assisting with the production. There’s also a dog in the house, which we found absolutely adorable. We wish we could have stayed longer, so we’ll definitely be back to unwind and relax — no work next time!

I had an amazing stay. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

We had a great stay at this house! The entire home is even better than the posted photos. Elegantly designed, very spacious, complete and working furnitures and kitchenwares, and we enjoyed grilling at the rooftop/terrace! The house is in an exclusive subdivision with wide streets and an open area for basketball and tennis courts. It's also perfect for jogging and outdoor activities. I can say that this listing is very well worth it.

Our stay with Sir Vic’s house was great. Quiet and clean house. We were able to do our work because the internet was fast. Sir Vic is a great host. Very accommodating, responsive and kind. We will visit again for sure!

The experience was truly wonderful! From the moment we booked until the time we checked out, everything went smoothly. The host was fantastic with communication. She was always quick to respond to all our queries, making the entire process easy and hassle-free. Her attentiveness really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. The house itself has a warm and cozy atmosphere. While it’s compact, it’s thoughtfully laid out and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-equipped with almost all the amenities, which made preparing meals convenient and enjoyable. The air-conditioned sala and dining area were definite highlights for us, as they provided a refreshing and relaxing space to gather as a group. Although the two bedrooms upstairs didn’t have air conditioning, it wasn’t a problem for us since we stayed this month of December, and the weather was cool and pleasant. The breezy evenings added to the charm.

Sunshine’s place is clean and has everything you need. She is also very responsive when we asked for things we needed like iron and hangers. Very nice area and safe. Thank you!

This bnb was in a great location for us with easy access to a convenience store and a mall. We arrived to find the place clean and tidy, and Chenne was very friendly, always responsive and helpful. Lots of info was provided by the host about getting around the area by public transport which was thoughtful! As this can be difficult if you're unfamiliar with the area.

I really enjoyed my stay here— it felt very homey and comfortable. The location was perfect; I loved being able to walk to all the places I needed to go in BGC. Ms. Danielle was incredibly kind and responsive, which made everything so much easier whenever I had a question. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area!

Marigold was incredibly kind and accommodating. She allowed us to add 5 extra guests for only 2k for 3 days and 2 nights—such a great deal! The caretaker was very approachable, helpful, and easy to contact throughout our stay. The place itself is spacious, peaceful, and well-maintained, making it perfect for relaxation. What we loved most was the cozy ambiance. Plus, the location is convenient—there are nearby stores like Dali Grocery, Puregold, and 7-Eleven, all within walking distance, which made it easy to grab anything we needed. One of the finest units and hosts I've experienced, it offers full amenities, including food that can be ordered and an easily accessible store inside. There’s karaoke available for singing with friends, and a comfortable bed to unwind after a long day! In general, it's consistently a fantastic experience during a staycation at Mosh Crib. My friends and I enjoyed our stay! :) The unit is spacious, aesthetic, and has great amenities. The host promptly requested maintenance to check on the AC when we thought it wasn't working. Self check-in was also a major plus since we had a morning activity and didn't have to worry about checking in late. Also, the roof deck was so nice! Wish we had stayed a bit longer :) Thank you!

I would highly recommend this place especially to those who have pets as they can freely roam the yard and have fun as well. The place also has a lot of restaurants that you can order from, and is also near malls. We had fun as well, thank you.

Good for short stay, if you're just looking for a place to sleep in. You get what you paid for. So you can expect a few things: overall quite dirty in kitchen, bathroom, and house front (lots of dog poop); lacks maintenance and noticeable cockroach smell; trashbins are not washed; no trashbags provided (not mentioned in house rules either); refrigerator have molds; kitchen sink drainage leaks so can't wash too many plates at ones; and I suggest you bring your own things like utensils, sponge, cups, etc.

Best choice and would book this place again if I need a personal getaway, because this home feels like home for me, and the amount of space is? is perfect! The ambiance and old retro aesthetics are a need, and it has it. I love it
