The place was lovely and clean, well presented and really well equipped. Mark was really responsive and helpful. The location was fabulous, perfect access to the beach, the pier and all the shops.

Matt is a great host, very responsive and helpful and his property is outstanding! One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at, very clean and tidy, comfortable, quiet and very welcoming. We stayed there for easy access to the IWM Duxford and we will most definitely stay again next time we visit the war museum.

We really enjoyed our stay at Robert and Lorraine's house. The flat is right opposite the beach which is amazing. The flat was very clean. Beds were comfortable. There were plenty of clean towels which was very handy. overall a very positive experience.

Perfect location and perfect base for our time in Ipswich. Apartment had everything we needed and a few extras which were a nice surprise. Would definitely stay here again for our next visit.

We stayed at Andrew & Edwina's place the last week of April 2025. The hosts were very communicative and helpful throughout the process. The flat looked like the pictures and was in a good location. It was an easy walk to the city center, groceries, restaurants, etc. We enjoyed our stay there and would recommend their flat to anyone interested in staying in Cambridge.

Had an amazing long weekend here! The property is stunning and really felt like a home away from home. The location is ideal, close to local shops and only a short distance to Thetford Forest. This not not the first time we have stayed here, which is a recommendation in itself. We did have a problem with the television but our hosts did all they could to sort it while we were there, and the remaining issue they will very probably have sorted by the time the next guest arrives. It was not significant enough to affect us in any significant way.

Lovely stay in Felixstowe - This place is perfectly located next to the seaside and very easy to find. It had everything we needed and the hosts were very accommodating for us and our toddler with stair gates, cot and high chair all provided. The hosts were very communicative and provided all the instructions we needed to make our stay as smooth as possible! We will definitely be visiting again

Absolutely perfect stay in a beautiful area. The house was spotless and even bigger than the photos show! It was perfect for 4 adults and my 16 month old daughter. Stuart sent great instructions through and loads of information about the local area, although we actually loved the house and grounds so much that we didn’t venture any further - we had a lovely few relaxing days in the house and walks around the woodland. My daughter even got to feed the goats. Will definitely come back, and will do a summer visit too as the pool looked beautiful.

Nice clean place to stay while attending a track day at Snetterton race circuit

We had a fabulous stay at Baye House, our daughter got married at Tymperleys, which was only a 5 minute walk away. The house itself is amazing, I loved the furnishings and stylish art work. The dining table seats 16 as was put to full use as my chef daughter hosted a pre-wedding meal for the families, the two kitchens which had everything you could ever need was a bonus, as was the beautiful garden. The bedrooms are large and comfortable and Annie was a kind and helpful host. All in all, we loved the experience and it made the wedding even more special.

We enjoyed our stay in Cambridge. The apartment was very nice and had lots of nice amenities like a patio and fire pit. It had everything we needed to be able to cook and stay comfortably during our conference. Location was great next to the shops and parks but still very quiet. Would definitely stay again!

Me and my wife stayed here for New Year’s Eve. We wanted. Change from the house party vibe, and stumbled across this lovely place. Annetta is a lovely host, very friendly and was happy to help if needed. We enjoyed the location, such a wonderful house surrounded by countryside. The jacuzzi was amazing! We looked at the stars while sipping champagne from our wedding a few months back. What more do you want! Would definitely recommend! Thanks for the hospitality Annetta! All the best Luke & Addie x

I booked this apartment for my parents who were visiting from abroad for the first time, and could not be more grateful that we were able to stay in this comfortable space that Andrea has worked hard to provide. This was a great stay in Robert and Deborah's nicely furnished condo. Space was bright, clean and comfortable. We stayed for 8 nights while visiting family in Cambridge and will try to stay here again on future visits. Check-in was easy and communication with the hosts was excellent. It's a one bedroom flat but very spacious with a good sized kitchen a work area in the bedroom, and a comfortable living room overlooking the street scene below
