Our 2021 constructed craftsmen cottage is nestled in the woods but very close to Palmer. This is a quiet 8 acre parcel but only 5 minutes from breweries, shops and restaurants in downtown Palmer. Close to Hatcher Pass, Independence Mine, Glaciers, Hiking, Musk Ox and Reindeer farms. The owner's house is also on the property and they are available to you throughout your stay. The owners have lived in Alaska for over 40 years and are committed to helping you with all there is to experience!

Only 2 miles off highway,good road right up to door. Has 2 small decks.relaxing scenery, due to remodeling private fire pit not available You can get your exercise walking to the lake. Dock. We have loons, eagles, and some other Wildlife. On 17 mile lake. Has trout, so bring a pole. Great couple getaway. Questions just ask.

Directly in front of the Chalet is a spectacular view of Matanuska Peak, it is 6,155ft tall. It is a rare occasion to see anyone on the lake. With over 3 miles of shoreline there is plenty of area to fish and view wildlife. Fast wi-fi and parking for 2 vehicles per rental is available.

Located four miles from Palmer this home and yards are sure to please.
