Just 5 min from I-20 and 20 min from W. Augusta (31 min from the Masters course). Kitchen is stocked with all the necessities, plus complimentary coffee, tea, eggs, and more!

One bedroom cottage in the beautiful and historic Summerville area of Augusta! Located close to the Medical District, the Augusta National, and fantastic dining options in Downtown Augusta. Enjoy the bike, guitar, record player, Bluetooth speakers, 75” tv, ice maker and more. Level 2 EV charger in garage. One outside parking space. There is space for an additional vehicle inside the garage (compact only). This cottage is located behind a separate Airbnb, separated by a large parking pad.

A private room off the dining area can be used as a 4th bedroom. The modern style crystal fireplace in the family room sets the mood for relaxation after a long day of fun. Comfortable antique cabin in the countryside. One bedroom with twin beds, and loft with full mattress accessed by ladder. Bath with shower and kitchenette with micro, fridge, stove, toaster and coffee maker. In ground swimming pool. Rear porch and yard look out on pastureland with cattle, goats, poultry, and sometime the horse. Pond fishing available. Convenient to I-20. Cabin is over 150 years old and rustic. It is very small, but has what you need. Small Roku TV and Comcast internet.
