Attractively decorated, cute cottage that's comfortable, spotlessly clean and really well located for the centre if Harrogate . Cottage was beautifully decorated and equipped with everthing to provide the perfect home from home Andrew and Julie were super helpful providing comprehensive information for a super smooth checkin and stay. Along with the other reviews, we found this a fantastic house in a perfect location. An historic pub just around the corner, walkable to the city, it had everything we needed. Paul attended immediately to a couple of minor issues and is a friendly communicator. My sister and I really enjoyed our week in York and it was great to return home to a comfortable house each day.

Siobhan is a proactive host and messaged me with all the instructions for the house. Communication was brilliant throughout our stay and we were given excellent driving instructions to find the house. It's a little narrow on the street to park, but once there, you can leave your car (parking permit is available ) and walk because the location is amazing - so near to everything. The beds were super comfy and the bath is a good size to rest your weary bones after all that walking!! The lounge is comfy and there's a TV etc - has a real friendly feeling about the house. To be honest, we weren't in the house that long, so we didn't really use the kitchen or anything, just slept! Thanks 🙏

2nd visit to York and stay at the house, albeit nearly 10 years apart and in a completely different phase of life! Great location for and space for young families. Roger was very responsive and proactive with info prior to arrival and afterwards.

Really nice place for 7 of us to get together for a reunion weekend. The house was comfortable with great decor and space to relax, plus room at the table for all of us. We found the heating a bit of a challenge and we were far too hot overnight (downstairs room, they struggled to adjust the radiator) but just turned it off completely on the second day. Lots of hot water and ample equipment, nice toiletries provided. It was inconvenient to have to meet beforehand to gain access, especially since there were roadworks nearby that caused a disproportionate delay to my arrival. Fortunately Beth's housekeeper was flexible around this, but, given that there is a key box, it seems an unnecessary complication. There was also a lot of "noise" before we arrived, in terms of instructions and rules for the property, none of which were onerous, just felt a bit unnecessary; but perhaps previous guests have been less than respectful in what is a lovely residential area.

Beautiful home in a historic building near Lendal Bridge. Great location for walking into town and also within short (7 minutes or so) walking distance from station. Everything was very functional and we wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a great time staying at Hywel’s place. The check in process was super quick and simple and the house was beautiful, really cosy and homely. The place was super clean and had everything we needed and more! There’s also a fab collection of games to play on an evening in the living room. I didn’t know too much about the location prior to booking, however I was really pleasantly surprised. Marsden is full of gorgeous restaurants and cafes, and we were spoilt for choice finding somewhere for breakfast on the day we left and they were all really close by. Hywel is super friendly and has been really attentive, we would definitely come back! Thank you for having us!

A beautiful house in a great location for us as we were working at the conference center which is just a short walk away. A lovely large house with lots of space for everyone. It was lovely to have our meals all together round the big table in the kitchen. There are so many wonderful restaurants and coffee places all within walking distance and Harrogate is such a lovely town to walk around.

We had an excellent few days in monk bar court. The location is very central and close to Yorkminster. The Wheelwrights team were very helpful and responsive. Recommended.

We had a wonderful stay! Place was ideally located for access to Haworth Main Street and surrounding towns. House was spotless, with ample parking on the street outside. Alweena was responsive and provided us with some recommendations to do during our stay. Would definitely return again in the future.

Charis was a fantastic host and the house was exactly as described. We enjoyed staying at the property. There was a small issue with the travel cot which Charis rectified immediately. The guide book that Charis had made was so helpful for local places to visit and eat. If we are ever back in Manchester we will stay again.

We stayed at Raphie's place for 2 nights with our young sons, it was great. great location for walking to the park and to shops and restaurants. The house was lovely - beautifully decorated and lots of home comforts. Raphie had also left some lovely amenities for us to enjoy in the fridge! A great alternative to a hotel that made for a really enjoyable break - we would definitely come back again!

Great house to stay in. Spacious and very very clean. We had everything we needed here. Parking in the street with a permit provided by Ann was so easy - its a big help when you can get easy parking outside the house. Ann was easy to contact and deal with and very friendly. Highly recommend and would gladly stay again.

This property is ideal for a few days stay in the area. It's not huge but perfectly adequate for 2 adults. And an ideal base for visiting local attractions in the area. It is very good value for money. Trudi was a great host

We had a great stay. Location within walking distance from most places, as well as 10 mins from the train station. A quiet location just next to the city walls. The place was perfect for somebody in need of 3 bedroom stay, which was the case for us. Nearby places Robinsons Cafe and Bruberrie Cafe & Bar were both excellent for breakfast. Recommended for staying.

I had a fantastic stay at this lovely Airbnb in York. The location was ideal – just a short walk to the historic city centre, with shops, cafés, and sights all within easy reach. The place itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cosy, and I really appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, coffee and tea, and helpful local recommendations.

Lovely place. Easy to find. Close to the town. 15-20 min walk. Quiet area. Roof top terrace a nice bonus. Very clean and tidy. Lovely bed linen and towels. And nice touch with the crumpets. Butter. Tea. Coffee. Fresh milk and water. Loved York. Would 100% recommend to others.

Just a lovely clean neighbourhood and the best location. It is a lovely property. If you appreciate clean well maintained properties with fresh clean smell, lovely colours on the wall, nice real furniture, clean bathrooms that smells fresh that is Tiffany’s property. We had a wonderful stay, felt like home but at the same time it was classy and felt like a holiday for us even though we stayed for work . I will definitely rebook Tiffanies house with closed eyes. We loved our stay in this lovely cottage centrally located in Saltaire. The house was beautifully presented and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms extremely comfortable. We hope to return soon

Great place. Good location and very quiet even though its right next to the main road. Right next to the bus stop and shop. Good space inside. Was very cold at first, but the Jeannette sorted it out 😊 Recommended!

Lovely modern stylish townhouse. Very comfortable, well-equipped, everything worked. Enjoyed watching Sky on the large screen TV. Easy to walk up to the Moor. We enjoyed our short stay.
