Self contained garden studio available in Clarendon Park, close to Demonfort Hall and on the main bus route to the city centre there's. The space has A/C, a small kitchenette, bathroom, workspace, corner sofa, double bed, Sky TV & Movies (Netflix, Disney etc) and an 85" home cinema. Bifold doors open out onto a spacious south facing garden & there is plenty of parking too. We have a cockerpoo who lives in the main house, she's extremely friendly & does not come into the studio unless invited!

Welcome to Brandybuck Cottage, a unique arts & crafts inspired 1850’s cottage located in the heart of the vibrant village of Mountsorrel, Leicestershire, with pubs, walks, cafes and restaurants all on your doorstep. Brandybuck cottage is a cosy two bedroomed, self catering cottage. There is an additional third bedroom located in the grounds of the cottage in the outhouse. There is also private parking for 2 cars on the driveway, a large terrace & secret garden to enjoy.

Shepherd's hut on a farm with a hot tub & Alpacas

Are you looking for a constant 5-* glamping experience with a difference? Come and spend time in our beautiful rustic Shepherd hut, where you can relax in the hot tub with our 3 lovely Alpacas or hang out with Piggy Pop and Stardust. Don't be put off by the weather; you can be wrapped in a blanket or toast marshmallows on the log fire, reading a book, or watching our indoor Cinema. A fantastic location for anybody visiting the Charnwood Forest area, the Cottage is in minutes walk from pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops. We are close by to the Great central railway and John's House - a Michelin Star restaurant. We offer a discount weekly and monthly.

You will drive off the quiet country road, up the farm track and arrive at Top House Farm where your Shepherds Hut, Hot Tub and BBQ Hut are awaiting. The recently upgraded Shepherds Hut contains a king sized bed, Kitchenette, Dining Area and En-suite Shower Room. The Hot Tub is ready for you on arrival and the BBQ Hut is the best place to settle down for the night around the fire.
