Self contained garden studio available in Clarendon Park, close to Demonfort Hall and on the main bus route to the city centre there's. The space has A/C, a small kitchenette, bathroom, workspace, corner sofa, double bed, Sky TV & Movies (Netflix, Disney etc) and an 85" home cinema. Bifold doors open out onto a spacious south facing garden & there is plenty of parking too. We have a cockerpoo who lives in the main house, she's extremely friendly & does not come into the studio unless invited!

A guest house in the garden of my home with all you need for a comfortable and peaceful stay. Fully equipped kitchen and washing machine, plenty of space to relax and lots of storage. The Wifi is superfast and there is a table perfect to work on. It's convenient for both universities, Leicester City FC, Grace Road and the Tigers, Curve, LRI, the race course and De Montfort Hall, plus the cathedral and Richard lll's tomb. Plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and green spaces in walking distance.

The location is at end of a farm track in quiet secluded hamlet - Burton Bandalls (on the B676, Loughborough Rd between Prestwold & Cotes). 5 min drive / 20 min walk to Prestwold Hall. 5 min drive to Loughborough Railway station. 10 min drive to Loughborough University. 10 min drive to Great Central Steam Railway. 25 mins to East Midlands airport, 30 mins to Leicester, 30 mins to Nottingham, 45 mins to NEC and 60 mins to Birmingham.

Newly fitted out separate self contained annexe in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Downstairs is a well equipped modern kitchen. Upstairs is a large studio-style space which is light and airy, with a separate shower room. There is a king size bed, also a sofa bed which would sleep another adult or two children. Stair gate, high chair and travel cot available if required. Parking on drive. Also plenty of space for bikes. In a lovely village with good amenities and country walks.

Charming, self contained Studio Near University

Stunning self-contained garden studio just 10 minutes walk from the University of Nottingham West entrance, free parking available. The QMC, Beeston Train Station, and access to the M1 are just around the corner. The Studio is fully equipped and includes a kitchen, washing machine, mini-fridge/freezer, and an ensuite bathroom. Access through an independent entrance and located in a quiet area of Beeston. Beston High Street and the tram stop to Nottingham city centre are 5-10 mins walk.

Conveniently located for the market town of Ashby-de-la-Zouch, with it’s Castle, country walks on the door step with the added bonus of a local Public House (The Black Lion) selling a selection of real ales, across the lane. The Annex

A Two bedroom self contained annex with lounge, private kitchen diner and bathroom. In the small town of Burton Overy with spectacular views and a local pub that serves great food. Animal friendly and right next to a public footpath ideal for walks with or without canine friends! Positioned at the end of a lane makes this property a lovely quiet retreat for a small family or couple. Electric car charging available on the property.

Private Annex near Melton Mowbray

Hose Lodge is a traditional farmhouse in the tranquil vale of Belvoir. Outside there are farm buildings and stables, paddocks and an orchard together with formal gardens round the house. It is in a secluded location with great views. The annex is a separate unit to allow privacy and convenience to our guests.
