The Hayloft at Swainstown Farm

The Swallow's Nest

No 3rd party bookings and our accommodation is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. Hawes Barn - 200 Year Old Cottage

Set within the Croc An Oir Estate (translated as Crock of Gold) and tucked away down a leafy boreen, this beautifully restored, converted stone barn offers a truly relaxing holiday where hospitality and a traditional Irish experience is offered in abundance. This converted stable/cow shed to a two bedroom cottage. In the back yard there is a large elevated deck to enjoy the view and relax in an outdoor hot tub. upgrading the property on a regular basis. This countryside accommodation is 5 minutes drive from Fethard Town where the chippers and Chinese do deliver to the property. 25/30 minutes drive to larger towns Clonmel, Cahir and Cashel . 45 minutes drive to Kilkenny and Waterford cities .

The Old Byre (Hawthorn Cottage)

A beautifully restored Irish cottage, nestled in the hills near Lismore, Co. Waterford. The cottage is located 3 KM from the heritage town of Lismore, where you can see the Castle and gardens, and Lismore Cathedral. It is a 15 minute drive from the Vee, Co. Tipperary.
