With a tram stop only 2 minutes walk away, you can be in the city centre/Waverley Station in under 25 minutes, or Edinburgh Airport in 1 hour.

Parking charges Mon-Fri 8:30 - 17:30 Trams stop a five minute walk. Will take you to most places in Edinburgh (including airport) One room will be locked but unoccupied. The Shore (la Orilla), Leith, Edinburgh

The flat comfortably accommodates 3-4 people, although there are 5 potential bed spaces. It has a fine outlook: the front window looks onto the river and cobbled streets of Leith, Edinburgh's port city, now regenerated into an upmarket residential and recreational area. The sights of central Edinburgh are just a 20-minute ride away - buses leaving every few minutes from right outside the door; trams all the way to the airport a 2 minute walk away. This is a chic, comfortable apartment.

A Bright modern flat in the vibrant area of Leith. My flat is situated at the foot of Leith Walk. Leith is famous for its community feeling and openness and has a diverse range of pubs, cafes and restaurants along the entire strip. The scenic Shore area is a ten minute walk away. The Edinburgh trams now run a service direct from Edinburgh Airport to the apartment. The stop is at the Foot of the Walk, less than 3 minutes away. The trams also stops near both city centre train stations.

The city centre, The Shore(Top restaurants,bars and The Royal Yacht Britannia), Stockbridge, The New Town and The Royal Botanic Gardens are all within walking or if you prefer bussing distance.
