Love love love this place! Had 11 of us with plenty of rooms and bathrooms for all. Beautiful place and close to everything. Enjoyed the pool and pier. Caught tons of fish right off the dock. Meat market close by with great steaks. Wonderful outdoor kitchen. Hope we can go back next year. Grand daughters cried when we left because they had so much fun!

Joanna’s home was amazing! The pool and outdoor space was beautiful, bathrooms and kitchen were spotless, and the beach chairs provided were incredibly convenient when coming from out of town. It is a perfect distance from Sanibel or Ft.Myers, or if you want, simply walk to the yacht club beach. I especially loved the Xbox 360 full of games from the 2010s. I hope to stay with Joanna again and could not recommend enough!

Absolutely wonderful! Was perfect for a group of five of us - could’ve easily accommodated another person. We had a family of four, with two boys, five and eight, as well a grandparent with us for the entire trip. I know it might sound very cliché - but the photos really don’t do this property justice! The moment we open the front door you could see the ocean through the living room and dining room out through the pool area, and we immediately felt a sense of relaxation and peace. Our family ended up spending hours and hours on and off in the pool and out on the dock throughout each day. We ended up using the pool area and dock area a lot more than we had initially planned. The kitchen was perfectly stocked, and the beds and linens were very comfortable. We didn’t have a single complaint from anybody that used the beds and a pull out one of the nights. The attention to detail in each of the bathrooms as well as the kitchen were amazing. We’d absolutely rent this again!!

What a great place. We came to fish … a couple dads and their 12-13 year old boys. We had an amazing trip overall, but the location was great and offered the perfect place for respite. Between the pool, more fishing in the canal, poker and plentiful sleeping accommodations, the place fit our group of 7 perfectly. Mistakes were not made.

Had an AWESOME stay at Bradley’s place. He is a top notch host and this stay was a great place to call home for the week for our work trip. The house itself is a great space to share with other people with plenty of counter space, fridge space and all the kitchen amenities one would need. We appreciated the views, the pool, the cleanliness of the place, the great washer and dryer, the outdoor grill, all the tv’s and plenty of towels etc, and the quality of the little things that make you feel right at home. Thanks again for our stay!

We had a great week at Marcella & Mo’s house. Plenty of room for 6 adults (3 couples), kitchen was well stocked with pots & pans, plates, glasses etc. We enjoyed the lanai with the pool and hot tub a lot. We went for bike rides and took the kayaks out, all in good condition. We had fun exploring the area and most things are just a short drive away. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent again!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home! From the moment we walked in, everything was spotless and felt incredibly welcoming. The space is not only aesthetically stunning but also super comfortable—it truly felt like a home away from home. Every detail was thoughtfully put together, and it made our stay so relaxing and enjoyable. Also, Sally the host was beyond helpful and very kind. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and stylish place to stay in Bonita Springs.

Beautifully decorated inside and out. The house and pool were clean. The pool was nice and the temperature good for swimming, even in March. Great water view of the pond from the back yard made us feel like we were in paradise. We saw a lot of birds. Kitchen was well stocked. Bed was a little small but it worked for us. The TV displayed on the wall for a big-screen effect and it was best viewed after dark. The host went out of her way to make our stay special, providing snacks and other things. She communicated well and helped us find local restaurants. This home is near the botanical gardens which are worth visiting. This is about the price you would pay for a nice hotel in Naples but you have your own private paradise, so it was worth it for us.

We have stayed at this location a few times and love the location. We love to walk and it is a perfect distance from the beach, shops, coffee shops, and restaurants.

Linda’s place was clean, homey, well maintained, and convenient to where we were visiting. Because it’s a gated community, it was tricky at first understanding but Linda is very responsive and helpful. Linda’s checkout rules and other expectations were totally reasonable. We’d recommend this place for anyone who wants a quiet place to stay in Bonita Springs.

This was the perfect location for our trip. It was a beautiful condo on the golf course near Ave Maria. We are already planning our next trip with Sandra and Jorge!

Pam is a wonderful host and her place is perfectly situated on the bay and a very short walk over to the Gulf. And a short walk to Doc's and Coconut Jacks. Plus, her unit came with access to chairs, paddleboards, beach games, and the grilling space was fantastic on the back patio.

Everything about our stay was as expected or better. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had in a while, and we appreciated the opportunity to stay at Maja’s apartment. We hope to be back in the future!

We had so much at this cute little place! Our kids got to see lizards on the property and we loved having our mornings out on the screened in porch! The location is close to shops and grocery stores as well as the beach and local activities. It was very clean and well kept with the absolutely gorgeous views of palm trees and tropical flowers! A great place at a great value! The host was super kind and responsive to all my messages and we look forward to booking with Carla again on the future!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Mike. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Es war alles sehr sauber. Küchenutensilien wie z.B. Gewürze, Kaffee, Wasser waren vorhanden. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Besonders gut hat uns der beheizte Pool gefallen. Mike hat uns Fischfutter hingestellt, damit wir die Enten und Schildkröten füttern konnten. Der Ausblick auf den kleinen See war toll. Supermärkte sind in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Mike war sehr gut. Das Haus ist eine absolute Empfehlung. Wenn wir wieder in Florida sind, kommen wir wieder!

This is the 2nd time my wife and I have stayed at this property. It’s awesome! Clean, quiet and centrally located between. Ft. Myers & Naples. Will be back again.

Wonderful stay! The location was perfect—just a 5-minute drive to the beach, making it super convenient for beach days. The place was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials we needed. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway close to the ocean!
