The perfect city getaway, our Anilao private villas boast its prime beachfront location, fronting Balayan Bay and many of Anilao’s most renowned dive spots. Staying in our villas is private and relaxing. Next door to a number of Anilao’s most established resorts, such as Solitude Acacia and Casa Escondida. 2 kayaks and 4 snorkels available for free. Welcome to Casa de Ligaya (House of Joy)! This is our "happy place" that lets you relax, enjoy the scenic view of the sea, and escape from the bustling urban life. The house is a two-storey modern rustic structure decorated with native wooden furniture. On the upper floor you have the common area and Ioft for people to hang out and rest. On the ground floor you have the living room, lounging area, and a separate private room. There is also a “casita” structure behind the main house.

The place located in Barangay San Teodoro. It's exclusive location on the beach is perfect for having a swim or simply relaxing while gazing at the ocean. We are few steps from Marine Sanctuary, a great area to observe hundreds of tropical fishes and colorful corals with snorkeling gears. As a guesthouse, the atmosphere is cozy, friendly and it is a very affordable overnight solution compare to the surrounding resorts. The rates based on 1 pax occupancy per night including breakfast.
