It's a beautiful, stylish, cosy holiday space for 2 with an ensuite shower room and self catering cooking facilities. A perfect romantic hideaway with doorstep parking, a private entrance and access to the family's large beautiful garden. The countryside apartment is set in mature parkland with a beech lined driveway to the house.

Our comfortable, cleverly-designed Blackdown Shepherd Hut is on a hillside, with lovely views, stretching to the Firth of Forth and beyond. You can enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, whilst in easy reach of the best Fife has to offer! Everything you need for a delicious breakfast is provided - eggs from our hens and ducks, locally-produced Puddledub bacon or veggie sausages if you prefer, bread from a local bakery, butter, jam. You'll also find coffee, tea, and milk in the Hut.

Beechpark is a beautifully preserved rural Kinrosshire farmhouse located in the 'Plains of Heaven', steeped in historic rural charm and surrounded by some of the most glorious walks Scotland has to offer. Just 15 minutes from Kinross and 45 minutes from the capital city of Edinburgh, and from St Andrews, and an hour from Glasgow, this location is the perfect country retreat, with easy access to the city. Log Cabin in Auchtertool.

The Log Cabin is situated in 3 acres of garden, shared only with our own house. Guests are welcome to make use of the garden. The Cabin sleeps five people and we have a travel cot if required. There is one large bedroom with two kingsize and one single beds. The Cabin does not have TV or wifi, however it does have an excellent 4G signal. We welcome well behaved pets, up to a maximum of two small dogs or one large dog, even a cat. We ask guests who bring pets to vacuum before they leave.

Tiny House in Cosy Village

Dating back to the 1700s, this tiny house had sat empty for over 50 years until George (Heather's son) invested his life savings to completely renovate it to a high standard, while retaining the original character of the building. Sitting below Bishop Hill in the picturesque village of Kinnesswood (2023 joint winner of Britain in Bloom's 'Village' category!), the tiny house is surrounded by breathtaking views, fantastic walks, and an abundance of local farm shops, cafes, and restaurants.

It is only 40 minutes drive from Edinburgh Airport and its central location in Fife is perfect to use as a base for exploring many Scottish tourist attractions. Or relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside in our beautiful home away from home.

Ashtrees Cottage is in a beautiful rural location and has Loch Leven Nature Reserve on its door step. The Balgedie Toll Tavern & Levens Larder both less than 10 minutes walk from the Cottage. Its a great place to explore towns and villages around the East Neuk of Fife, Edinburgh, St Andrews, Gleneagles, Stirling and Glasgow all within 60 minute drive. Its a great place to base yourself if you are planning to explore the Lowlands and Southern Highlands of Scotland.

Warbeck House

Luxury accommodation nestled in the corner of the square in the historic village of Falkland. Warbeck House offers magical night time views of the Bruce Fountain and Falkland Palace. The spiral staircase in the tower provides access to a beautifully furnished reception room, bedrooms, and a wonderfully spacious master suite with dressing room and ensuite bathroom. Eastmost Cottage is in a wonderful position on the edge of the historic village of Falkland. It's a short walk from the fine Renaissance Falkland Palace, the heart of the medieval village with its independent shops, cafes restaurants and pub. There is great walking in the Lomond hills, accessible on foot. The wonderful Covenanter has fantastic food all day; the Hayloft and Pillars of Hercules are lovely cafes. Fine dining at the Boar's Head in nearby Auchtermuchty.

The Wall House was converted in 2020 from an historic fishing net repair building - it's old outside but super energy efficient & modern inside. It’s a truly unique, stylish and comfortable place to be. The Wall House is also designed to be accessible to a person with restricted mobility. Set in a Fife seaside conservation village you’ll find yourself in a 'get away from it all' location but just a short drive to Edinburgh, the East Neuk & St Andrews.

The Secret Orchard! Retreat,Hens, Historic,Luxury!

The Secret Orchard is a self-contained apartment. Matt (your host) lives above. Built around 1685 it has many historic features. It has been home to three famous artists from 1848 to 1920. It sits within a large walled garden which has an orchard, cute hens, two ponds, a large trampoline and a sun-trap patio. Two minutes from the Fife Coastal Path and beach and a large park to cycle around. Dysart Harbour featured on Outlander and is very historic.
