A wonderful choice when in Boracay. We were able to enjoy the beach which was very nearby and we appreciated the attention to detail in terms of the amenities, guidebook, and endorsement of local businesses. Pia and her team were also a great help when securing our transfer to and from the island. Thank you for everything and would definitely book again.

This place was really nice. I would like to stay here again. Great view from the balcony to enjoy my morning coffee. Its a short walk down the hill to the beach, to go for a swim or the many local restaurants. Vernice was very easy to communicate with and a great host

Great communication with Jennifer and the host . The apartment is right on the beach with the great view. The apartment is very well equipped ( kitchen ) . Very good wifi , great restaurant just next door . A few minutes walk to D’mall . I highly recommend this place

We had such a great stay at this Airbnb! Our group of six had plenty of space, and what really made the experience stand out was the exceptional service from Reda and Kim. They were available almost around the clock—helping us order e-trikes right to our door, providing extra towels, and just generally making sure we had everything we needed. The hosts were super responsive and a accommodative as well, which made coordinating everything in a new country so much easier. The living area on the 3rd floor was spacious and perfect for our games night in. And the rooftop pool was incredible. We caught both sunrise and sunset from up there. There’s also the indoor pool when it’s too hot outside. Highly recommend this for a group of 6 or more people!

What I really love about our stay are how peaceful and smooth our stay with my bestfriend turned out. Our goal is a hassle-free staycation and this Casa Calma gave us all we needed. The place is comely. Feels like home. Everything we needed is there— untensils are well clean, appliances such as iron, washing machine, ice cooker, microwave works fine and the bed sheets are clean as well. Everything is being prepared and spotless. The toilet is polished and when we had an empty bodywash when we arrived, they respond immediately and provided us one. It was a convenient stay and we have nothing to worry about home needs. Plus points how responsive the host. We definitely book again and marked this staycation as one of our second home in Boracay. Because the condo itself is worth a visit. People and personnel there are polite and friendly. Our Boracay trip becomes ideal and worth a stay. Thank you Ms. Myra and the owner of this unit. My stay here was fantastic! The host and staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The Airbnb was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. Its location is perfect, within walking distance of great restaurants and the beach. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely return! :)

The best part about this place for us was that the kitchen was FULLY STOCKED with the nicest dishes and utensils of every kind. We loved cooking there altho' we are on vacation so of course not every meal...But it was nice waking up and being able to have a nice cup of coffee with his French Press. Rex spoiled us since we have recently stayed in another unit here at Newcoast Ocean Garden that was more than disappointing. We would highly recommend this place. Can't wait to come back to Boracay. It truly is an amazing and beautiful island. Robin and Chris

My first Airbnb experience is worth it! Staying at Rico’s Haven felt like home away from home. Our 2-day staycation was not enough though. We’ll definitely be back here. This was my 6-month-old niece’s first Boracay trip and glad we found this place to stay while in the island. Easy to find location, friendly and approachable building staff, almost everything you need is already available at the unit, great balcony view, and Rence is always polite and responsive to messages. Thanks also to Perla who reached out to us before the check-out time. Overly satisfied!

The hosts are very accommodating and friendly. Would definitely recommend if you’re traveling with family since the space is big enough. You can freely cook especially because it’s a bit far from the town center. Convenient transpo would be hop on hop off bus and the property’s free shuttle. If you plan to stay out late e-trike’s are an option. They also have an exclusive beach so very nice!
