The apartment matched pictures in listing and was clean. Check-in and check-out was simple. Host was responsive and gave clear instructions. I would definitely book again.

Perfect location and very nice apartment, with fresh high-quality linens and towels. It is fully-priced and has some nice amenities, but in other ways does need some attention, esp. at the price. The TV was effectively non-functional — host said he would replace it but that wasn't going to help me. The kitchen is also outdated with a partially broken faucet and both too much clutter and yet some odd omissions: normal enough for a vacation rental, but for the price these should be taken care of. Harry is however a lovely gentleman and you will not regret the location.

This was a great location close to the beaches, and the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We truly appreciated how flexible and welcoming they were, especially with an early check-in. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a hassle-free experience with a great host.

This place was perfect! 5 minute walk to the beach and an even shorter walk to downtown (sub 3 minutes). Great spot, and we will definitely be back!

Incredible views! We loved our stay and plan to book again! Comfortable, clean and well-stocked. Plenty of outdoor seating options from which to enjoy the incredible views. Comfortable beds and all furniture in great condition. Only real complaint, if you can call it that, is the lighting outside the front door. Many positives to our stay

We chose this listing because of the proximity to a family wedding and other gatherings. We had 8 adults (4 couples) with plenty of room for everyone. We love that we had garage access with the number of cars we had. There were plenty of parks, side walks, and trails to explore in the area. We felt safe in the neighborhood, and there is access to the tennis court and two pickleball courts across the street. Our family took advantage of the open pickleball play on Saturday and Sunday mornings. We couldn’t figure out a way to reserve the pickleball court, but the open play was enough for us. We did not cook too much during our stay, but there seemed to be basic necessities to do so. The rooms did not have TVs, but this was not a problem for our group. Our family highly recommends this listing!

Everything was exactly as described! The host was extremely helpful: fast communication, responsive to our needs/ questions, and had everything necessary to make for a great getaway. Kitchen was clean and had all the essentials to cook a meal here and there. We purchased coffee and made our own in the condo. We also walked a time or two to get food and ice cream. The golf cart was a bonus to get around. The games were fun to play too. Thank you so much!

A great place to stay! My family came to California for a wedding and this place was amazing and convenient to everything that we needed. Min was super responsive whenever I ran into an issue. It was absolutely perfect since it was also a dog friendly house and we needed to step away for the wedding and so the dog had a safe place to be as well. Thank you!

Beautiful, zen oasis with a private salt water summing pool. The place was clean and had so much character. Convenient gated parking was a great bonus. The property was a quick walk to amazing Silver Lake restaurants, bars and shops. Would highly recommend.
